Objective:This study investigates expressions and diagnosis of PSMA and P504s in PCa and their value in prognosis. Methods:This study chose 40 cases of PCa,13 cases of PIN and 54 cases of BPH.Immunohistochemical method was used to test the expression of PSMA,P504s and PSA.Besides, its correlative analysis in different clinical stages and Gleason classification was explored.Results:1.The expression of PSMA in PCa and BPH was significantly different, and the expression level of PSMA in PCa was higher than that in BPH and PIN?2.The positive rate of PCa and P504s expression in PCa was significantly different from that of P504s in BPH(P<0.05).But there was no significant difference between PCa and P504s in PIN(P>0.05).3.There was a positive correlation between PSMA and PCa in clinical stages(r_s=0.377,P=0.016),while P504s and PSA expression were not significantly correlated(P=0.483?P=0.650)?4.There was a positive correlation between PSMA and PCa in Gleason classification(r_s=0.361,P=0.022),while P504s and PSA expression were not significantly correlated(P=0.463?P=0.909)?Conclusion:Both PSMA and P504s have good prostate tissue specificity and tumor specificity; The PSMA is superior to PSA in the diagnosis of clinical advanced prostate cancer; The expression of PSMA is positively associated with the clinical stages and Gleason grading of PCa,and it is of great significance for the prognosis of PCa;P504s has important value in early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of PCa.
