| Objective: Through investigating the current situation of adult education network teaching resources in Xinjiang Medical University and the application and evaluation of various kinds of users(students,teachers,administrators)to network teaching resources.Explores the problems and shortcomings of the current network teaching resources,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions for further improvement of the network teaching resources of adult higher education in Xinjiang based on the geographical and professional characteristics through analysis and discussion.Methods: This research mainly through the random sampling method,questionnaire survey and interview method to carry out thorough investigations on the platform of network teaching resources of Xinjiang Medical University higher education medical students,including 773 students,18 teachers,and 8 managerial staffs about teaching resources of the network content,structure,access mode and learning effect.Through the different perspective and multi-dimensional survey,we have a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of adult education network teaching resources in Xinjiang Medical University,and the application and basic evaluation of all kinds of users’ online teaching resources.Results: There were 10887 adult medical higher education students in Xinjiang Medical University in 2016,and the number of students from 2012 to 2016 increased by about 10% annually.Among them,88.2% of the students surveyed were on the job,and 55.9% of the surveyed students were married,and their network coverage was up to 99.7%.The network teaching resources for students cover 8 majors and 29 courses,and the types of resources include text,audio,video and so on.34.3% of students,33.3% of teachers and some of the managers pointed out that the existing network teaching resources were insufficient.37% of students hope to further optimize the resource type composition structure,hoping that there will be more intuitive learning resources such as pictures,audio-video,micro classrooms and so on.In addition,there are many different opinions and suggestions on how to acquire network teaching resources,how convenient the operation interface is,and how to learn.62.5% of teachers surveyed agreed with the learning effect of online teaching resources,all of the teachers thought that the learning effect and classroom atmosphere of students were improved to some extent under the traditional teaching + network teaching mode.62.5% of the teachers surveyed felt unable to interact online for reasons such as lack of time or lack of familiarity with the software.The managers surveyed pointed out the shortcomings of the existing online teaching resources in terms of learning supervision and technical support,and gave different opinions and suggestions respectively.According to the investigation,the feasibility of network teaching resources for adult medical students’ higher education has been confirmed by relevant data.However,it were found certain problems of existing network teaching resources about content,structure,access mode,learning effect and its’ usage processes,the content of network teaching resources and its’ access modes needs more forms and means,the teaching resources platform needs more perfect construction and needs to pay more attention to supervision and needs to urge students to more self-study.Conclusion: According to the multi-dimensional investigation and analysis,it is found that the highly developed and effective utilization of network teaching resources can largely alleviate the outstanding problems of medical adult education students’ work contradictions,and effectively improve the teaching effect.In order to better play the role of network teaching in improving students’ learning effect of medical adult education,network teaching resource providers needs to combine all possible forces to work harder in the network teaching resources,structures’ diversification,easy accession,and learning supervision mechanism. |
