Classroom teaching is the lifeline of teaching quality,the establishment and development are everlasting target for ensuring and improving the teaching quality,especially nowadays,the period of transition of higher education modifies from elite education to public education,the teaching quality is more focused on.The classroom teaching quality is the core of the college teaching,the embodiment of the teacher (?)s teaching level and quality,the factor of the quality supervision.To study and perfect the evaluating system of the reform of the current higher education quality are the one of the hot and key point,shows very important realism purport.This article sums up and analyses the evaluating system of our country (?)s current medical education of the classroom teaching quality,on the basis of studying the theory and method of the classroom teaching quality,to dissertate the establishment of the evaluating system of the adult higher medical education of the classroom teaching quality,frame the adult higher medical education of the classroom teaching quality, use it into the adult education, fully analyse and deep discuss the evaluating results.The study and practice prove that there are several characteristics of the system,firstly,pertinency in it (?)s contents, fully consider the characters;secondly,motive index,not only review the result of the teaching quality and the actuality of the teaching quality,but the process of the teacher (?)s effort and the progress of the teaching quality,thirdly,the synthesis of the method of the evaluation,there are not only the evaluation of ration,from inside,other per people,but the evaluation of the quality and from outside.The article does theory exploring on two sides,one is making the evaluation of the adult medical classroom teaching quality as the reseaching object, to explore the teaching process fully, systematically, dynamically, and on the basis of the practice, develope the exploration of the evaluation of the adult medical continuous teaching quality,establishing the basic frame of the evaluation of the adult medical teaching quality elementarily;the other is absorbing the lessons and experiences of the evaluation of the former teaching quality,at the same time,using the methods of the systematic theory principle and synthetizing study,from only emphasizing the evaluation of the teacher(?) (s|—) teaching quality beforetime to pay attention to the basis of the evaluation of the teacher (?)s teaching quality,the core of the student (?)s synthesizing diathesis. extruding the important status of the evaluation of the person with ability of the outside units,and on the basis of the pratice,carry out a new,brave attempt.
