Hospital informationization is one of the important symbols of modern hospital construction.The ubiquitous informationization makes medical staff more efficient and convenient in dealing with their own business.However,not every medical staff can be proficient in the business changes brought about by informationization,on the contrary,they will be confused by various medical systems and electronic devices.Therefore,the dependence on high-tech auxiliary equipment makes hospitals more and more demanding on logistics.Whether the logistics can provide efficient services has become an important part of the work.It is meaningful to allocate the resources of the logistics department reasonably,ensure the work and establish an effective task allocation system.This paper takes logistics as the background and information department as the main breakthrough point to make a basic design for the logistics task allocation of the whole hospital to solve the problem of automatic task allocation.Firstly,through the study of the actual process of the hospital,a set of reasonable task allocation system is abstracted and designed to complete the basic tasks proposed by the departments to add,delete and modify,so as to realize the tracking record of the tasks.Through the analysis and screening of data from the experience of daily information department in processing tasks,a set of efficient and correct basic task screening rules is obtained,which can reduce the workload of task allocation calculation in the future.Then,based on the analysis of various influencing factors of task processing,the importance and priority of task processing are summarized,and a basic model for task allocation calculation is established.Combined with genetic algorithm,reasonable operation flow and genetic operator are designed,appropriate working parameters are adjusted,and the target is calculated.The idea of automation,high efficiency and rationalization of task allocation is completed,and the benefit of resource scheduling is maximized.Finally,in order to improve the computing speed,real-time performance and user experience of the system when dealing with larger-scale data and more responsible constraints.Combined with simulated annealing algorithm and tabu algorithm,this paper optimizes the process and parameters of genetic algorithm,reduces the amount of calculation in the process of operation,and effectively speeds up the convergence speed and solution speed of the results.Finally,the test results show that the system achieves the functions of hospital task management and scheduling,and has excellent operation performance,and achieves the expected requirements.
