| Objective: as one of the most effective supervision systems in hospital,performance appraisal can make the hospital better self-supervision and self-discipline.In view of the imperfect performance evaluation system of many hospitals in China,this study designed the performance evaluation index system of public hospitals in Shan dong province.Methods: this study obtained from Shan dong province health bureau information center in a region of public hospitals with a series of evaluation index system of relative data,the data according to the time sequence analysis,and then estimates the appraisal index of public hospitals in the region,and formed a complete system.Will apply the new evaluation index system of the hospital setting as the experimental group,will continue to use the existing assessment index system of the hospital is set to the control group,the two groups of medical expenses,manpower and assets operation efficiency rate are compared.Results: this study conducted in public hospitals in the region also the absolute value of indicators and its change trend has important significance,and finally won the public hospitals in the region based on the index of the construction of evaluation index system.After application and practice,compared with the control group,the experimental group significantly reduced the medical cost,improved the efficiency of human labor and asset operation,and improved the efficiency of the bed.Conclusion: this study has some practical value,which can provide reference for the establishment of evaluation index system of public hospitals in shandong province. |
