Analysis Of The Effect Of Fumigation Combined With Main And Passive Function On The Distal Fracture Of C-type Femur

Objective:Through the analysis of aconite decoction fumigation combined With master and passive functional exercise therapy for knee joint type C distal femoral fracture curative effect of rehabilitation exercise,and According to the clinical research results of this method to evaluate,For clinical doctors provide reliable basis for treatment.Methods:This study selected during October 2017 to january 2015 in shandong province hospital of orthopaedics hospitalized in our hospital60 cases(exclude loss and refused to cooperate cure patients)in hospitalized Patients,randomly assigned to the above cases,divided into experimental Group and control group.The opeation of the two groups was consistent with the postoperative and passive functional exercise.In the experimental group,the incision was taken for 4 days,and the incision was made under the precondition that the incision was well healed.The control group only exercised the main and passive functions.2,4,8 weeks postoperatively in patients with true record of the knee joint paint VAS scores and active flexion mobility:2,4,8,12 weeks after all participating patients with knee joint HSS score for knee functional score.Result:All patients underwent normal healing in the second week after surgery,with no neurologic,vascular injury,infection and other complication.All patients did not appear the phenomenon such as fracture delayed union or not,and in the Lord and passive functional exercise did not occur in the internal fixation loosening and fracture failure.in the process of topical aconitum Fried fumigation also does not appear the skin burn,redness,itching,complications such as allergies.At 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks after the operation,the knee joint was photographed.Conclusion:Aconite decoction fumigation combined with principal and passive functional exercise therapy in type C distal femoral fractures of the knee joint function after surgery for recovery,signicant and reliable curative effect,can be appropriate reference in clinical.
