Clinical Study Of Gong Ting Manipulation Treatment And Early Rehabil Itation Exercise On Hip Joint Functional Recovery Of In Elder Femoral Neck Fracture Patients After Artificial Femoral Head Replacement Surgery

ObjectiveTo discover the clinical effect of Gong Ting Manipulation treatment and early rehabilitation exercise on hip joint functional recovery in the elder patients with femoral neck,and provided clinical evidence for the promotion of Gong Ting Manipulation treatment and learning experience for physician on femoral neck fracture surgery for elder patients.MethodsThe elder femoral neck fracture patients who were hospitalized during February 2018 to February 2019 were selected in this research,all of them treated for the artificial femoral head replacement operation.A total of 60 cases,according to the time of admission,were taken into experimental group and control group with 30 cases each.The control group received routine early rehabilitation exercise treatment,while the experimental group on the basis of the control group were applied(;ong Ting Manipulation treatment.The Harris Score,the AORM Score,the VAS Score,the HADS Score,the hospitalization time and treatment costs were included before and after surgery,and then all scores of both groups were compared.ResultsComparation of The Harris Score and the AORM Score of two groups:In the two groups,The Harris Score and the AORM Score’ levels on the seventh postoperative day were higher,compared with those before the operation,which has statistical difference(P<0.01).However,in the two groups,both the Harris Score and the AORM Score on the thirtieth postoperative day were higher than scores on the seventh postoperative day,which has significant difference(P<0.01).Comparing the Harris Score and the AORM Score of two groups,the levels of The Harris Score and the AORM Score showed significant difference(P<0.05),of which the experimental group was higher than the control group.There also were statistically significant difference in the VAS Score and the HADS Score(P<0.05),of which the scores of the experimental group was lower,compared with the control group.The difference of the Hospitalization time and treatment costs between the two groups,there were significant difference in the hospitalization time and treatment costs(P<0.05).ConclusionGong Ting Manipulation treatment can effectively reduce the VAS Score and the HADS Score in elder femoral neck fracture patients after Artificial femoral head replacement surgery,effectively increase the Harris Score and the AROM Score and reduce the hospitalization time and treatment costs.
