| Purpose:This study finishing acupotomy for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in modern clinical literature,summarizes the treatment,focuses on the selection of acupotomy points and the compatibility of specific points in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and combining the study analyses the mechanism,so as to provide certain reference for clinical.Method:Mainly by computer retrieval,through the network collection of data,the comprehensive collection of domestic acupotomy treatment of knee osteoarthritis related literature.Based on the inclusion and exclusion criterias,the collected literatures are screened,and recording the selected points,specific points of acupotomy for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,setting up a database.Results:1.With the continuous development of acupotomology,the number of literatures reported on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is on the rise.2.Acupotomy therapy for the operation on knee osteoarthritis points,specific acupuncture point selection is given priority to with local joints,appeared with the highest frequency of crane including top hole,calves inside nasal cavity,knees under the eye,patellar ligament,patellar fat pad,the tibia lateral collateral ligament,etc.Conclusion:The clinical recognition of acupotomy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is gradually improving,and the selection of operation points and specific acupoints is more concentrated,which can provide a certain reference for the clinic through the observation of frequency. |
