Clinical Observation On Intervention Of Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo Therapy In Diabetic Kidney Disease(G1-2A2) Micro-inflammatory State

Objective:To observe the effect of Supplementing Qi,nourishing Yin,activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals on the micro inflammatory state of diabetic nephropathy(stage G1-2A2),and further discussing the improvement of its clinical symptoms in this period,so as to provide new ideas for TCM treatment of diabetic kidney disease.Methods:Selected 68 patients with diabetic kidney disease(G1-2A2)patients,the first washout period of two weeks of treatment.After the washout period were randomly divided into control group and test group,34 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were treated with western medicine therapy,the control group was treated with valsartan 80 mg.QD,experimental group added Yishen Tongluo Decoction(decoction 400 ml,and the two day a warm meal in half an hour,agent).Observe the two groups before and after treatment of micro inflammatory factor after 12 weeks of treatment(high sensitivity C reactive protein and procalcitonin,ferritin)and glycated hemoglobin,blood lipids(triglyceride,low density lipoprotein),urinary albumin and urine creatinine ratio changes in laboratory parameters and clinical syndromeResults:In addition to 7 cases,61 patients completed 12 weeks of clinical observation,including 31 cases in the experimental group and 30 cases in the control group.The two group of high sensitive C reactive protein and procalcitonin were significantly decreased(P<0.01);the experimental group than the control group of procalcitonin and high sensitive C reactive protein decreased significantly(P<0.01-0.05);experimental group was significantly better than urinary albumin creatinine,low density lipoprotein,triglyceride,serum albumin index(P<0.01-0.05);significant changes in the two groups before and after treatment of non glycosylated hemoglobin and ferritin(P>0.05);the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the test group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the test group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).
