Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Tongluo Jiangzhuo Decoction In The Treatment Of Stage ? Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of Patients with diabetic nePhroPathy ?Period taking Yi Qi Tong Luo Jiang Zhuo Fang.Method:Selected 66 Patients with diabetic nePhroPathy ? Period were randomly divided into observation grouP and control grouP,the control grouP received basic treatment,the observation grouP added Yi Qi Tong Luo Jiang Zhuo Fang on the basis of the control grouP.The course of treatment is 8 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome score,24-hour urine Protein quantification(24hPro),serum creatinine(Cr),urea nitrogen(BUN),endogenous creatinine clearance rate(Ccr)and blood liPid(TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C)in the two grouPs before and after treatment were observed,and statistical analysis was made.Results:1.ComParison of TCM syndrome Points between the two grouPs: after treatment,the total TCM syndrome Points in the observation grouP decreased significantly(P<0.01),while there was no significant change in the control grouP(P>0.05).2.ComParison of 24 hPro between the two grouPs:24hPro of the two grouPs decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the effect of reducing urine Protein in the observation grouP was better than that in the control grouP(P<0.05).3.ComParison of renal function indicators between the two grouPs:Cr decreased(P<0.05)and Ccr increased(P<0.05)in the observation grouP after treatment,while no significant changes were observed in the control grouP(P>0.05).4.Comparison of lipid indexes between the two groups: TG decreased after treatment in the observation group compared with before treatment(P<0.05),while there was no significant change in the control group(P>0.05).TC decreased after treatment in both groups(P<0.05).However,TC in the observation group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P< 0.05).Hdl-c increased significantly after treatment in both groups compared with that before treatment,but significantly in the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.05).5.ComParison of total efficacy between the two grouPs: the observation grouPhad 6 cases of significant efficacy,12 cases of effective efficacy,7 cases of stable efficacy and 3 cases of ineffective efficacy,with a total effective rate of 89.3%;In the control grouP,1 case was significantly effective,6 cases were effective,13 cases were stable,10 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 66.7%.After treatment,the efficacy of the observation grouP was significantly better than that of the control grouP(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yi Qi Tong Luo Jiang Zhuo Fang can effectively imProve the sPleen and kidney deficiency and blood stasis tyPe turbidity toxin ? stage of diabetic nePhroPathy in Patients with clinical symPtoms,and reduce urinary albumin excretion rate,imProve renal function and liPid metabolism.
