Objective:Based on the research of mycoplasma pneumonia with respiratory syncytial virus infection with adenovirus and mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children, and discussed the relationship between the clinical characteristics and TCM syndrome type and season, age, gender, laboratory examination and other related factors of MPP with RSV infection among,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of pneumonia in standardization mycoplasma pneumonia and respiratory syncytial virus infection.Method:Methods from October 2016 to September 2017,123 cases of MPP combined with respiratory syncytial virus infection and 95 cases of MPP combined with adenovirus infection were collected from pediatric department of Shandong University of TCM affiliated hospital.Statistical analysis was carried out to determine the characteristics of MPP combined with RSV infection and the characteristics of TCM syndrome and its relationship with onset season, age, gender, course of disease, main symptoms and laboratory examination. Results:The morbidity characteristics:1.MPP with RSV infection can occur throughout the year, mainly distributed in the winter and spring, the incidence of male more incidence in preschool children.2.the duration of disease was 1~20 days, with an average duration of 8.01 + 3.27 days.3.the proportion of low heat is the highest and the heat range is 1~3 days.4.cough is heavy, mostly moderate cough, severe cough, obvious symptoms of expectoration.5.39.9% of the children developed symptoms of wheezing, and rales lasted longer.6.there were 45 cases with complications, among which myocardial injury was the main cause.Syndrome characteristics:1.syndrome differentiation is mainly damp heat closed lung type, followed by phlegm heat closed lung type and wind heat closed lung type, phlegm dampness lung type is the least.2.the characteristics of the disease:there is no statistical difference between the syndrome types in the season, the sex and the days of hospitalization, and all of them mainly occur in preschool children.3.features: the syndrome of wind heat closed the lung heat type short stroke, cough and expectoration less wheezing and lung auscultation is light;damp heat obstructing the lung heat process is the longest, the most severity of cough, expectoration, shortness of breath and lung auscultation is phlegmy heat closed lung type light;phlegm heat closed lung type cough more asthmatic symptoms, obviously, lung auscultation rales significantly, symptoms total score the highest score, the overall symptoms of most. There was no statistical difference between the types of syndrome in the duration of heat and rale.4.laboratory examination:there was no statistical difference in the level of hemogram and CRP between each type of syndrome.5.combined disease:the highest proportion of myocardial damage occurred in patients with phlegm heat closed lung type.Conclusion:1.MPP combined with RSV infection with damp heat closed lung type and phlegm heat closed lung type is in the majority.2.There was no difference in the season and sex between the various syndromes of the disease, and the age was different.3.The general symptoms of phlegm heat closed lung type were the most serious, followed by damp heat closed lung type and wind heat closed lung type.
