Study On The Treatment Of Cholecystitis And Gallstones By Yunnan Ethnic Medicine

Objective : In this study,Yunnan ethnic medicine was used to treat cholecystitis,gallbladder stone single prescription and drugs as the entry point.Through data mining analysis,Yunnan ethnic medicine was used to treat the law of cholecystitis and gallstones,in order to protect and inherit national medicine,to guide clinical medication and The scientific research on the development of new drugs for ethnic medicines provides scientific evidence.Methods:Extensively collect single prescription data of Yunnan ethnic medicine for cholecystitis and gallstones through literature research,field research and existing database data retrieval;standardize single prescription data,establish single prescription database;use "Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform V2.5""Analysis software on the frequency of single prescription,medication mode,prescription law,new party analysis and TCM "certificate-square-medicine" data mining rules,while counting the number of single prescription,belonging to the nationality,dosage form,drug four gas Five flavors and other information;summed up the rules of medication.Results :1.A total of 319 single prescriptions were collected and recorded in Yunnan ethnic medicine for cholecystitis and gallstones;a total of 364 flavors were used,of which195 were ethnic medicines(about 54%),involving 19 ethnic minorities in Yunnan;including decoction 6,powder(powder),pills,wine,ointment,diet,6 dosage forms,the most decoction;drug four gas five flavor statistics show that bitter drugs accounted for 46% of the total drug,Xinwei drug accounted for 27%,sweeteners accounted for 19 %,cold drugs accounted for 53% of the total drugs,warm drugs accounted for 27%,and flat drugs accounted for 13%.It can be seen that the drugs used the most bitter cold drugs;the TCM syndrome types for the treatment of cholecystitis and gallstones were respectively tested.Both showed the largest single prescription for the treatment of damp heat syndrome.2.Frequency of medication.The use of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform software to count the treatment of cholecystitis and gallstones in the top 10 drugs,as well as the use of the top five national drugs.3.Data mining was performed on single prescriptions for the treatment of cholecystitis and gallstones and the single prescriptions under the Chinese medicine "certificate-square-medicine".(1)Medication mode and group prescription.Under the condition of “the number of support is 8,the confidence is 0.8”,the single prescription for the treatment of cholecystitis was analyzed by prescription,and 39 medication patterns and 3prescription rules were obtained.Under the condition of “the number of support is 8,the confidence is 0.7”,the single prescription for the treatment of gallstones was analyzed by prescription,and 52 medication patterns and 11 prescription rules were obtained.(2)New party mining.Under the condition of “correlation degree of 5 and punishment degree of 2 ",the new prescription for the treatment of cholecystitis was excavated,and 7 pairs of drug core combinations were obtained,and a total of 7 new combinations for treating cholecystitis were extracted;With a degree of 8 and a penalty of 2",a new prescription for the treatment of gallbladder stones was performed,and 13 pairs of drug core combinations were obtained,and a total of 13 new combinations were extracted.Conclusions:1.Yunnan ethnic medicine has rich experience in the treatment of cholecystitis and gallstones.It uses a wide variety of ethnic drugs and is widely distributed.It is mainly used as a decoction,and it is mainly used to treat damp-heat cholecystitis and gallstones.2.The treatment of cholecystitis in the top 10 drugs are Chaihu,Longdancao,Yinchen,Guoluhuang,Baishao,Yujin,Huzhang,Dahuang,Yanhusuo,Gancao.High-frequency ethnic medicines are Guoluhuang,Huzhang,Qingyedan,Huzhangcao,Zhangyacai,etc.;the drugs used in the treatment of gallstones in the top 10 are Guoluhuang,Jineijin,Haijinsha,Yinchen,Yujin,Chaihu,Dahuang,Longdancao,Chuanlianzi,Zhizi,high-frequency ethnic medicine are Guoluhuang,Huzhang,Hamaye,Huzhangcao,Qingyedan and so on.3.According to the analysis of the prescriptions,the results of the drug model showed that the most used combination for the treatment of cholecystitis was “Yujin,Yinchen”,followed by “Gancao,Chaihu” and “Baishao,Chaihu” with the highest confidence.The rules of the group are “Yu Jin,Guoluhuang-> Yin Chen "(confidence is 1),followed by " Dahuang,Yinchen-> Yujin "(confidence is 0.89).The most common combination for the treatment of gallstones is “Yin Chen,Guoluhuang”,followed by “Jineijin,Guoluhuang”and “Dahuang,Guoluhuang”;the rule with the highest confidence is “Yujin,Dahuang-> Guoluhuang"(confidence is 1),followed by "Dahuang,Yinchen-> Guoluhuang"(confidence is 0.9).4.Through the new prescription analysis of cholecystitis,gallbladder stone single prescription and the single prescription of the Chinese medicine "certificate-square-medicine",the new combination can provide a basis for the clinical prescription and new drug research and development.
