Comparision Of Laparoscopic Common Bile Duct Stage I Suture And T-tube Drainage In The Treatment Of Non-obstructive Common Bile Duct Stones

Objective: to investigate the clinical comparison of laparoscopic choledocholithiasis stage I suture and t-tube drainage in the treatment of non-obstructive choledocholithiasisMethods: a retrospective analysis from May 2017 to December 2018,45 cases(including phase I suture group of 20 patients,T tube drainage of 25 cases)of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration of preoperative clinical data(age,gender,number of common bile duct calculi,common bile duct diameter,preoperative total bilirubin,direct bilirubin,diabetes and cardiovascular disease),intraoperative clinical data,operative time and intraoperative blood loss,postoperative clinical data(recovery time of gastrointestinal function,infusion volume,length of hospital stay and extubation time)and the incidence of postoperative complications Results: preoperative general data of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);Operative time(PS group :126.95±19.050 min vs TD group :184±17.249min),intraoperative blood loss(PS group :46.50±29.557 ml vs TD group :93.75±24.649ml),postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time(PS group :1.9±0.852 days vs TD group :4.00±1.076 days),infusion volume(PS group :1665.25±76.287ml/d vs TD group :2258.12±230.80ml/d),hospitalization time(PS group :7.3±1.455 days vs.TD group :11.60±2.380 days)and extubation time(PS group :4.15±0.988 days vs TD group :68.56±10.385 days)were statistically significant(P<0.05),PS group was significantly better than T group.Two groups of patients with postoperative bile leakage in TD group 1 patients,two groups of patients were no other complications,no statistical significance(P > 0.05)conclusion: laparoscopic common bile duct after common bile duct exploration stage I sew the T tube drainage treatment effect is better,safer,less trauma,less pain,short operative time,postoperativerecovery fast,the treatment of obstructive bravery manager is more ideal and the preferred treatment.
