Yiqi Huoxue Paste In The Treatment Of Interstitial Lung Disease In Patients With Lung And Spleen Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome Curative Effect Observation

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of yiqi huoxue paste in treating interstitial lung disease with syndrome of deficiency of lung qi and blood stasis,and to explore the efficacy and safety of yiqi huoxue paste in treating interstitial lung disease with syndrome of deficiency of lung qi and blood stasis,so as to provide useful reference for clinic.Methods: To collect and select the December 2017-December 2018,the XinJiang Uygur Autonomous Region Hospital of traditional chinese medicine interstitial lung disease,61 cases of patients with pulmonary temper deficiency with blood stasis,randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group 30 cases,control group a total of 31 cases,control group given western medicine foundation treatment,the patients in the control group plus the reasons on the basis of qi and paste,2 teaspoons,30 days for a course,three observed in the two groups after treatment in improving 6 minutes walk test,pulmonary function,degree of difficulty in breathing,TCM symptoms,the clinical curative effect and safety of blood gas analysis,etc.Results:(1)after statistical analysis,the two groups were compared before and after the6-minute walking test,and it was found that P < 0.05 was statistically significant.Compared with the control group,the activity endurance of the treatment group was effectively improved.It was suggested that yiqi huoxue paste could significantly increase the walking distance of patients in 6 minutes.(2)TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared after treatment.In the intra-group comparison,paired t test was conducted before and after treatment for the cases of the two groups.T =-5.977,P=0.00 in the treatment group.In the control group,t=-6.651,P=0.00,all P < 0.05,which was statistically significant.(3)the clinical main symptoms of the two groups were compared after treatment,and the results showed that the treatment group and the control group were compared after treatment,P < 0.05,which was statistically significant,and the treatmentgroup was significantly better than the control group,indicating that yiqi huoxue paste could effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.Conclusion:yiqi huoxue paste can significantly improve the exercise tolerance and clinical symptoms of patients with interstitial lung disease,and is safe for clinical use.
