Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Yiqi Huoxue Lishui Decoction In Treating Pulmonary Hypertension Due To Left Heart Disease (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Lishui Decoction on pulmonary artery systolic pressure,Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score,six-minute walking test,cardiac function grade and N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide in patients with pulmonary hypertension related to left heart disease.Methods: From December 2021 to December 2022,70 patients were selected from the Department of Cardiology,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine.They were diagnosed as pulmonary hypertension caused by left heart disease by Western medicine,and the syndrome differentiation of TCM was qi deficiency and blood stasis.According to the random number method,70 cases were divided into treatment group and control group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine Western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Lishui decoction on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The TCM syndrome integral,pulmonary artery systolic pressure,six-minute walk test,cardiac function grade and NT-Pro BNP were recorded before and after treatment,objective: to observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Lishui decoction on pulmonary hypertension(QI deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)due to left heart disease,and to evaluate its safety.Results:According to the criteria of elimination,shedding and discontinuation,60 patients were included,including 30 in the control group and 30 in the treatment group.1.After treatment,the systolic pressure of pulmonary artery in both groups decreased,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).2.The cardiac function of both groups was improved after treatment,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3.In the sixminute walking test,the six-minute walking distance of the two groups increased after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).4.NT-Pro BNP was decreased in both groups after treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).5.In the aspect of TCM syndrome integral,the TCM clinical syndrome of the two groups was improved after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the two groups was 96.7% in the treatment group and 90% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The effect of Yiqi Huoxue Lishui decoction combined with Western medicine on pulmonary hypertension(syndrome qi deficiency and blood stasis)associated with left heart disease is more obvious than that Western medicine alone in reducing pulmonary artery systolic pressure and relieving symptoms of TCM,and lower pulmonary artery systolic pressure is more stable.
