| Objective:To establish sheep alveolar hydatid encephalopathy experimental model through inoculating Alveolar echinococcosis and do the correlation analysis about~1H-MRS main compound concentration ratio and quantitative indicators of DWI-brain apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC value)in the marginal zone of cerebral alveolar echinococcosis which are successful experimental models.Methods:Ten XinJiang big-tail sheeps are needed,which are divided into two groups randomly and numbered,first use DWI sequence to measure the ADC values(b=1000s/mm~2)in the brain of dirrerent zones,make sure the consistency of tissue structure by using two sample t test.Puncture throgh the skull and inoculate the AE in to the brain.Observing the status of AE in the half year、one year and a year and a half by using MRI.Do the whole brain conventional MR scanning、enhancement scanning、DWI and multi-voxel ~1H-MRS scanning separately applying 3.0T superconducting magnetic resonance instrument when DWI gradient sensitive factor b value is 1000/mm~2.Measure the multi voxel ~1HMRS Cho/Cr,NAA/Cho,NAA/Cr ratios and corresponding region of interest ADC value in the solid area、marginal zone and contrast area of CAE.Do the correlation analysis between~1HMRS compound concentration ratio and ADC value.Results:The experiment is confirmed by MRI and pathology,4 successful experimental models,positive rate is40%,there is 11 lesions in total.In the marginal zone of CAE,there exits negative correlation in ADC value and NAA/Cho,NAA/Cr ratios(r=-0.87、-0.72respectively),and positive correlation in Cho/Cr ratios(r=0.71).Conclusion:Establish the sheep brain alveolar echinococcosis model by artificial inoculation of rat-derived alveolar echinococcus has repeatability.Make sure the marginal zone that provide effective imaging basis for clinic by combining DWI and~1 HMRS. |
