Objective: To investigate the magnetic resonance perfusion technique in hydatid disease and cerebral tuberculoma differential diagnosis of brain vesicles. Methods:collected in 2010 and 2015 diagnosed brain bubble echinococcosis patients, 12 cases in each; 3.0T superconducting magnetic resonance imaging(MRI), respectively, were whole brain conventional MR plain scan and enhanced scan and magnetic resonance perfusion imaging, magnetic resonance perfusion imaging in medicine speed 4ml / s respectively.Lesions were measured respectively in parenchyma, marginal zone, near the water swollen zone, far edema zone and contralateral normal non diseased parts of the brain parenchyma(control area) and regional cerebral blood volume,regional cerebral blood flow,mean transit time,time to peak.The software SPSS22.0 for statistical analysis, analysis of rCBV,rCBF, MTT and TTP in the brain vesicle echinococcosis parenchyma, edge area and control area of change.Results: the cerebral vesicle lesions echinococcosis in parenchyma of rCBV, rCBF, MTT and TTP respectively:21.79 ± 16.95,140.13 ± 89.08,9.83 ±5.48,38.98 ± 14.11; The values of rCBV, rCBF, MTT and TTP in the control area were:54.72±82.46,224.89±146.16,10.73±3.77,28.61±9.18;The values of rCBV, rCBF,MTT and TTP in the marginal zone are 108.40 ± 63.90,547.95 ± 310.69,13.13 ±8.58,34.34±16.93;Water swollen zone of rCBV, rCBF, MTT and TTP values are 28.89±13.30,184.23±75.01,9.74±3.60,32.29±10.96; far edema zone of rCBV, rCBF, MTT and TTP value respectively are:32.61 ± 18.80,213.23 ± 107.45,9.67 ± 4.56,32.25 ±11.57.Cerebral alveolar echinococcosis disease essence of parenchyma in the district and Control District, edge area, near the water swollen zone, far edema zone rCBV K-W statistics for 194.033, the probability P<0.05, rCBV obtained the mean rank difference is significant, the overall distribution of significant differences.Conclusion: PWI can provide diagnosis valuable information for Cerebral alveolar echinococcosis,marginalzone of Cerebral alveolar echinococcosis disease in the application has certain feasibility.
