Objective:To study the improvement of headache, anxiety and depression in patients with chronic migraine comorbid anxiety and depression compared with injection of botulinum toxin type A and venlafaxine compared with botulinum toxin type A alone. Methods:The case data were from the chronic migraine patients who were admitted to the Department of Neurology of Liaoning Provincial People's Hospital from October 2016 to November 2018.The patients enrolled need to meet the diagnostic criteria of ICHD-3,and also need to meet the evaluation criteria of SDS and SAS.All included patients were randomly assigned to botulinum toxin treatment group(BTX group)and the botulinum toxin combined with venlafaxine treatment group(BTX-VF group). In the BTX group.155U of botulinum toxin were injected at 31 fixed points and corresponding pain points were injected. In the BTX-VF group, botulinum toxin type A was combined with venlafaxine. Before the treatment and at the 12th week of treatment,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS).headache daily days(Days/m),headache impact test-6(Headache Impact Test-6,HIT-6),The Migraine Disability Assessment questionnaire(MIDAS)scale,SDS and SAS scales were used to assess the patient's condition. The data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 22.0,and P<0.05 was defined as statistical difference.Results:1.In the two groups.VAS score.headache monthly days,HIT-6.MIDAS,SDS.and SAS were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01).2.The improvement of each index before and after treatment was significantly improved in the BTX-VT group compared with the BTX group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Chronic migraine comorbid anxiety and depression patients.the use of botulinum toxin type A alone can not only improve headache attacks, but also the state of anxiety and depression.2.The efficacy of botulinum toxin type A combined with venlafaxine in the treatment of chronic migraine comorbid anxiety and depression is better than botulinum toxin type A alone.
