Objective:To explore the effect of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with alprazolam on sleep quality, fatigue degree and quality of life of patients with sleep disorders after chemotherapy for gynecological malignant tumors, and to provide experience and basis for better application of this method in improving sleep quality and quality of life of patients. Methods:From January 2018 to December 2018,66 patients with sleep disorders due to chemotherapy in gynecological malignant tumors who met the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were selected from the gynecological department and Oncology Department of Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The TCM syndromes of patients accord with deficiency of both heart and spleen or deficiency of heart, gallbladder and Qi.According to the ratio of 1:1,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,33 cases in each group.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to evaluate the sleep quality of patients before intervention and 21 days after intervention.Cancer Fatigue Scale(CFS)was used to evaluate the patients' fatigue before intervention,7 days after intervention,14 days after intervention and 21 days after intervention. The European Cancer Research and Treatment Organization Quality of life questionnaire-core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30)was used to evaluate the pre-intervention,7 days after intervention,14 days after intervention and dry.The quality of life of patients on the 21 st day is expected. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated on the 21 st day of intervention.Results:(1)Clinical efficacy comparison: the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.9%,and that of the control group was 72.7%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(Z=?2.049,P=0.040 < 0.05).The results showed that the clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group.(2)PSQI score comparison: After intervention, the total PSQI score and each component score of the observation group were significantly lower than those before intervention(all P < 0.05).After intervention, the PSQI scores of the control group were significantly lower than those before intervention(all P < 0.05),except sleep disorder and daytime function were not significantly improved(all P < 0.05),and the PSQI scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(all P < 0.05).The results showed that the observation group was better than the control group in improving sleep quality.(3)Comparing the scores of CFS scale: On the 7th day of intervention, the total score of CFS and each dimension of the two groups increased compared with before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(all P < 0.05).The total score of CFS,emotional dimension and somatic dimension of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P < 0.05).On the 14 th day and 21 st day of intervention, the total score of CFS and somatic dimension of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P < 0.05).The results showed that the observation group was better than the control group in alleviating fatigue.(4)EORTC QLQ-C30 Scale Score Comparison: On the 7th day of intervention, the scores of general health status and physical function in both groups were lower than those before intervention(P < 0.05),and the scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P < 0.05);the scores of pain, nausea and vomiting, loss of appetite in symptom areas in both groups were higher than those before intervention(P < 0.05),and the scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P < 0.05).On the 14 th day of intervention, the scores of pain, nausea and vomiting, loss of appetite in the two groups were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The scores of nausea and vomiting and loss of appetite in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).On the 14 th and 21 st day of intervention, the overall health status score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The results showed that the observation group was better than the control group in improving the quality of life. Conclusion: Intervention of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with alprazolam on patients with sleep disorders caused by chemotherapy for gynecological malignant tumors can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients, shorten the sleeping time of patients, increase the sleeping time of patients, improve the sleep efficiency of patients, alleviate sleep disorders and daytime dysfunction, and effectively alleviate the fatigue symptoms of patients, thereby improving the quality of life of patients.
