| Objective :(1)this study aims to explore the correlation between pathogenic factors and coronary heart disease in xinjiang through case investigation.(2)analyze the SNP polymorphism of coronary heart disease with dryness syndrome and coronary heart disease without dryness syndrome in xinjiang uygur and han ethnic groups,precisely locate the gene locus of patients with coronary heart disease with dryness syndrome in northwest China,and analyze the susceptible locus of the dryness syndrome in northwest China.Methods: Collected in the autonomous region hospital patients with coronary heart disease in hospital,in strict accordance with the included and exclusion criteria,a total of 140 cases collection,according to whether suffering from northwest dryness syndrome,divided into dry permit with the dry permit group coronary heart disease,fill out the survey questionnaire,comparison,dry permit group coronary heart disease and coronary heart disease than dry permit group and western medicine disease,Chinese medicine symptom integral,northwest dryness syndrome,deficiency syndrome integral,etc.,the analysis of the effect of dry evil for coronary heart disease,gene sequencing method is used to detect the han and Uighur patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)single nucleotide polymorphisms,dry and dry permit group for precise positioning of gene mutations,explore the patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)dry permit genetic susceptibility loci,To explore the pathogenesis of dryness syndrome and coronary heart disease in northwest China from the perspective of molecular biology.Results :(1)the CHD dryness syndrome group and the non-dryness syndrome group had statistically significant differences in the western medicine condition score,Chinese medicine symptom score and deficiency syndrome score,P < 0.05;(2)the western medicine condition score of the male uygur dryness syndrome group was significantly different from that of the male han dryness syndrome group(P < 0.05).(3)the TCM symptom score of the han dryness syndrome group and the non-dryness syndrome group was significantly different from that of the uygur dryness syndrome group and the non-dryness syndrome group(P < 0.05).(4)the deficiency syndrome composition of the han dryness syndrome group was compared with that of the non-dryness syndrome group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(5)the distribution of syndrome types of the han dryness syndrome group was compared with that of the non-dryness syndrome group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(6)in the uygur and han dryness group,there were statistical differences in the distribution of different alleles of rs1333040 and rs2383207 between the dryness uygur group and the dryness han group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Through illness,symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine deficiency syndrome integral comparison,it is concluded that dry evil may be important pathogenic factors influencing xinjiang coronary heart disease,through to the single nucleotide polymorphism loci genotype distribution analysis,it is concluded that site rs1333040,rs2383207 polymorphism susceptibility to coronary heart disease associated with the Uighur population in xinjiang region the onset and development of coronary heart disease may be joint action by the environmental factors and genetic factors. |
