Objective:Through the study of "experience" and "Interpretation of Sounds and Meanings" in Kwangje-bikeup,we can understand the medicinal characteristics of Korean folk medicine and dig deeply into the clinical value and philological value of Kwangje-bikeup,in order to arouse the attention of domestic scholars to Korean folk medicine and Kwangje-bikeup.Methods:By consulting and sorting out the literature on Li Jinghua and Kwangje-bikeup,taking the "experience"(Li Jinghua’s clinical experience)in Kwangje-bikeup as the research object,By searching "Compendium of Materia Medica" and "Dongyi Bogam",Inquire about the source of Li Jinghua’s clinical experience,Classifying and verifying "experience" according to its origin,To sort out the clinical characteristics of Li Jinghua and the application characteristics of genuine medicinal materials.Taking "interpretation of sound and meaning" as the research object,Analysis of the Value of Kwangje-bikeup in Exegetics from the Perspective of Sound Exegetics.Results:The "experience" in Li Jinghua’s Kwangje-bikeup is mostly the inheritance of ancient Chinese medical books,The Ming Dynasty was the dominant period,and the most concentrated reference was drawn from the Compendium of Materia Medica and the Dongyi Bogam.A small number of self-made prescriptions and exerting prescriptions embody the characteristics of Korean folk traditional Chinese medicine "simple and honest","Interpretation of Sounds and Meanings" is a very characteristic part of "Kwangje-bikeup".It preserves precious sound training materials and is an important basis for the study of Korean national language and culture.Conclusion:Kwangje-bikeup is a classic work of Korean national medicine,"Experience" is the essence of Li Jinghua’s experience of practicing medicine for more than 50 years.There are 87 "experience" recorded in the book,involving first aid,miscellaneous diseases,gynecology and pediatrics.including 44 kinds of diseases in first aid.,28 kinds of miscellaneous diseases,and 15 kinds of diseases in gynecology and pediatrics.There are 181 kinds of medicines involved,109 of which are local medicines,24 of which are commonly available,and most of them are medicinal and food homologous.Li Jinghua’s clinical symptoms retain many characteristic treatment methods,such as wax alum pills commonly used in surgery,good use of Wuzi pills to nourish kidney qi,different mainly medicines of the four seasons,Drug dregs to induce vomiting in patients with unfavorable urination,and so on."Interpretation of Sounds and Meanings" retains 32 words related to Sound Exegetics,which provides guarantee for people to use medicine accurately,and is of great significance to the study of Korean national language and culture.
