| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of baixiao moxibustion in treating mesenteric lymphadenitis(abdominal pain-spleen and stomach hypochondritis)in children,and provide more convenient and effective treatment for clinical treatment of diseases.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2018,60 cases of children who had been admitted to the pediatric clinic of the affiliated hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and who had been diagnosed by traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine were selected.Sixty children were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each group of 30 cases.The treatment group was given a hundred laughter moxibustion days,and at the same time,reasonable soup was added and reduced,7 days was a course of treatment,and 2 courses of treatment were treated.The control group was only given Lizhong soup plus and minus internal medicine,and the time and course of medication were the same as those of the treatment group.The changes of symptom signs and Doppler color ultrasound were observed in 2 groups of children before and after treatment.Results:Analysis of the data obtained from this experimental study shows that the total effective rate of the treatment group is 96.67 %.In addition,the treatment group had a significant effect on the symptoms,signs,and mesenteric lymph nodes enlargement of abdominal pain,warm and warm pressing,facial color,fatigue,cold and cold hands and feet,and reduced food intake.The difference was statistically significant compared with the control group.;There were few cases of recurrence in the treatment group and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group.Conclusion:Baixiao moxibustion treatment of children mesenteric Lymphadenitis(abdominal pain-spleen and stomach hypothermia type)has a significant clinical effect,can effectively improve the symptoms of children,safe,non-toxic side effects,clinical recurrence of the situation is less,and the children’s compliance is good,worthy of clinical promotion. |
