Single Operation Hole Thoracoscopy Efficacy And Life Quality Of Postoperative Lung Cancer Cure Research

Objective:To analyse the short-term efficacy of thoracoscopic lobectomy with single utility port in the surgical treatment of lung cancer, and evaluate the feasibility, security and clinical value.And through the study of the changes with the life quality of patients after lobectomy, we hope compare the different between the effects on life quality of patients of 2-ports VATS lobectomy and 3-ports VATS lobectomy.Methods:From April 2013 to November 2014, 104 patients with lung cancer will receive thoracoscopic lobectomy in our hospital be divided into two groups, 48 of them underwent 2-ports VATS(video-assisted thoracic surgery)lobectomy(2P group)and 56 cases underwent 3-ports VATS lobectomy(3P group). The clinical outcomes including operation time, intraoperative lymph node dissection number, intraoperative blood loss, time to first activity out of bed, chest drainage duration,degree of chest pain, postoperative complications, postoperative hospital stay and preoperative and postoperative life quality were compared between the two groups.Results:No perioperative death was observed. The two groups were similar in operation time(2.67 ±0.56 h vs 2.62 + 0.61 h), lymph nodes dissection(14.4 土 2.3 vs14.1±2.6),intraoperative blood loss(178.7±62.2 m L vs 185.4±69.5 m L), and postoperative complications(12/48 vs 15/56). There were differences in time to first activity out of bed(11.2 土 1.3h vs 15.7±1.9 h), chest drainage duration(3.3±1.4d vs4.7±1.5d),degree of chest pain(4.9±1.7score vs 5.8±1.4score),and postoperative hospital stay(5.1±0.9d vs 6.4±1.2d) between the two groups(P<0.05). After 3 months follow-up survey, we found that the surgical treatment of two groups of postoperative life quality of patients is obviously enhanced compared with preoperative. In addition,we observed the "2P" group of patients 3 months of postoperation physiology,functional status, and a total score is better than "3P" group.Conclusion:Single utility port Thoracoscopic lobectomy is valuable in the treatment of lung cancer, with small trauma, less complications and postoperative recovery, worth development and promotion.
