The Therapeutic Effect Analysis Of Dorsal Root Ganglion Pulsed Radiofrequency Combined With Epirubicin In Postherpetic Neuralgia

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of dorsal root ganglion pulsed radiofrequency combined with epirubicin for postherpetic neuralgia,to provide reference for clinical treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods:According to the selection criteria and exclusion criteria,total of 64 case of thoracolumbar postherpetic neuralgia diagnosed in our hospital from March 2017 to June 2018 were selected.64 case were randomly divided into 2 groups,32 case in each group,they took a pregabalin capsule once,twice every day.Group A received dorsal root ganglion pulsed radiofrequency,group B received dorsal root ganglion pulsed radiofrequency combined with epirubicin.Pain was assessed by VAS and quality of life score was assessed by EQ-VAS.Gender,age,VAS and quality of life score at admission(t0)were recorded.VAS and quality of life score at 1 month(t1),3 months(t2)and 6 months(t3)after treatment were collected by telephone follow-up or outpatient follow-up.According to the Initiative on Methods,Measurement,and Pain Assessment in Clinical Trials,the number of effective and obvious improvement cases at 6 months were recorded,and the total effective rate and obvious improvement rate were calculated.The total effective rate was[(obvious improvement+effective)/the number of cases in each group]*100%,and the obvious improvement rate was(obvious improvement/the number of cases in each group)*100%.Since 2 patients in each group were lost during the follow-up,60 patients with complete data records were selected for analysis.Results:(1)Pain:There were significant difference in VAS between the two groups at each time point after treatment and at t0(P<0.05).There were significant difference in VAS between the two groups at the same time point after treatment(P<0.05).(2)Therapeutic effect:8 case were effective,18 case were obvious improved,the total effective rate was 87%,the obvious improement rate was 60%in group A,3 case were effective,25 case were obvious improved,the total effective rate was 93%,the obvious improvement rate was 83%in group B.There were no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05),There were significant difference in the obvious improvement rate between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)Quality of life:There were significant difference in EQ-VAS between the two groups at each time point after treatment and at t0(P<0.05).There were significant difference in EQ-VAS between the two groups at the same time point after treatment(P<0.05).(4)Adverse event:No adverse events occurred during the treatment in both groups.Conclusions:Dorsal root ganglion pulsed radiofrequency can effectively treat postherpetic neuralgia,on this basis,combined with epirubicin can improve the curative effect more obviously,it is a safe and effective treatment.
