Clinical Study On Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis By Lotus-needling Cupping Of Zhuang Medicine Combined With Internal Medicine Based On Syndrome Differentiation Of Zhuang Medicine

Objective:Contrast the treatment effect of Lotus-needling cupping of Zhuang Medicine combined with Zhuang medicine syndrome differentiation and internal treatment for knee osteoarthritis Zhuang medical Yang syndrome,Zhuang medical Yin syndrome and knee joint cavity injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and explore a kind of treatment more effective and easy to promote treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods : 90 patients with knee osteoarthritis from the Department of Orthopaedics,the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,were randomly divided into Zhuang medical yang syndrome,treatment group(group A),Zhuang medical Yin syndrome treatment group(group B),and knee joint cavity injection.Three groups of sodium hyaluronate control group(group C),30 cases in each group.Groups A and B were treated with Lotus-needling cupping of Zhuang Medicine combined with Zhuang medicine syndrome differentiation and internal treatment for knee osteoarthritis Zhuang medical Yang syndrome,Zhuang medical Yin syndrome,Lotus-needling cupping of Zhuang Medicine for 2times a week,while Oral administration of Zhuang medicine syndrome differentiation orally,one dose a day,5 weeks for the course of treatment;the control group was treated with knee joint injection of sodium hyaluronate,once a week,5 times for a course of treatment.The VAS pain scores of the knee joint and the WOMAC score of the knee joint were evaluated before treatment,5 weeks of treatment,and 2 weeks of treatment,and the therapeutic effects of the three groups were evaluated.Results:87 out of 90 patients completed the corresponding treatment,There was no significant difference between the three groups before the treatment of knee VAS pain score and knee WOMAC score(P>0.05);three groups of treatment for 5 weeks,after the end of treatment 2 weeks compared with the pre-treatment VAS pain score and WOMAC score in each group,the results were statistically significant(P<0.05);group A and group B treatment group 5weeks,treatment end January VAS pain score,WOMAC score and group C control group The comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS pain score and WOMAC score between the two groups in group A and group B.The difference of VAS pain score and WOMAC score between the two groups in the A and B groups was statistically significant.The treatment group of Zhuang medical yang syndrome was the most effective in the three groups.Conclusions :(1)All three treatment methods can safely and effectively improve the pain and dysfunction of knee osteoarthritis.(2)The effect of Zhuang medical lotus needle cupping and sputum method combined with Zhuang medical syndrome differentiation and internal treatment for knee osteoarthritis is better than injection of sodium hyaluronate in the knee joint cavity,which has more accurate curative effect.(3)The effect of Zhuang medical lotus needle cupping and sputum method combined with Zhuang medical syndrome differentiation and internal treatment for knee osteoarthritis and Zhuang medicine Yang syndrome is better than Zhuang medicine Yin syndrome.
