| Objective:To observe patients with uveitis caused by Behcet's disease suit the remedy in conventional treatment and conventional treatment on the basis of Lotus-needling cupping of Zhuang medicine before and after treatment with the change of the outcome,and to find the way,many more targets the the treatment of this disease,the method of clinical treatment for uveitis caused by Behcet's disease provide a kind of effective method,and remedy for conventional treatment in combination with the treatment of uveitis caused by Behcet's disease with Lotus-needling cupping of Zhuang provide certain theoretical basic,and reducing the eye damage and protect the renal function,eventually slow down the process of the development of uveitis caused by Behcet's disease.Methods:40 cases who were in accordance with the admission criteria,were chosen as study subject.In relation to the time sequence,those patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with20 cases each other.Patients in control group were given the routine western medication.According to diagnosis and treatment of uveitis worked,prednisolone were taken orally 1-1.2mg\kg or the dose of prednisolone was decreased progressively with original oral dosage.Tropicamide Phenylephrine Eye Drops,tobramycin eye drops,pronoprofen Eye Drops were used to Anterior segment performance and Changed with symptoms.Under the guidance of the Department of Rheumatology to take ciclosporin.Thetreatment group was treated with the Lotus-needling Cupping of Zhuang Medicine in combination with the routine western medication.The treating course was carried out once for five or days and ten times as a course.The therapeutic effects were evaluated by erythrocyte sedimentation rate,blood viscosity,eyes of subjective symptoms and signs,integration of dampness-heat and stasis-toxin.x2 test method and t-test analysis was used to enumeration data and measurement data.The data were analyzed by 22.0Statistical software.Results:Compare treatment group with control group by treatment before and after,the two groups' eyes of subjective symptoms and signs,integration of dampness-heat and stasis-toxin were lower than before,and treatment group were lower than control group.The improvements of symptoms of eye by questionnaire,which involve photophobia,tearing,keratic precipitate,vitreous opacities,ocular fundus changes were superior to control group,results significantdifferencebetween the two groups of patients(P<0.05),with statistical significance.The plasma viscosity and blood viscosity of two groups were lower than treatment before.The symptoms score of treatment group were lower than control groups,results significant difference between the two groups of patients(P<0.05),with statistical significance.The erythrocyte sedimentation rate were no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The dampness-heat and stasis-toxin Constitution of patients with uveitis caused by Behcet ' s disease would be improved after the Treatment of Lotus-needling cupping of Zhuang medicine.Zhuang medical lotus acupuncture cupping has simple operation and reliable effect,which is accepted by patients.It provide the theoretical basis for clinical efficacy of Zhuang medical lotus acupuncture cupping enrich the theory of Zhuangmedicine. |
