| Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Horizontal Wrist and Vertical Finger Acupuncture Manipulation in the treatment of depression due to deficiency of heart and spleen.ethods:Seventy-two effective cases meeting the inclusion criteria were selected,The patients were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,In the treatment group,anshenjieyu,yangxinjianpi as the treatment,"Horizontal Wrist and Vertical Finger Acupuncture Manipulation" was applied to therapy;The control group was treated with fluoxetine tablets orally,Respectively before the treatment,1 week,2 weeks of treatment,and after the treatment,evaluate all of cases with Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),beck depression inventory(BDI-Ⅱ),Chinese medicine symptom integral scale,rating scale used(SERS)record,The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared,and SPSS22.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data.Result:1.A total of 72 cases were included in this study,7 cases were falled off,65 cases were actually completed,There were 34 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group.Compare the former two groups of gender,age,course of treatment,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),beck depression inventory(BDI-Ⅱ),no significant differences of TCM symptoms rating scale(p>0.05).2.HAMD Evaluation:Before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in the pretreatment HAMD scores between the control group and the treatment group,which was comparable,There were significant differences between the two groups within one week,two weeks and the end of treatment(P<0.01).The results showed that the condition of the two groups was significantly improved after the control treatment.One week after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the two groups at two weeks after treatment and at the end of treatment(P<0.05).Score of sleep disorder:There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients before treatment,which was comparable(P>0.05).The scores during and after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(p<0.05).Sleep improvement in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In terms of appetite loss,There was no significant difference in the improvement of anorexia symptoms between the two groups(p>0.05).3.HAMA Evaluation:There was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of depression before and after treatment.There was no significant difference between the control group and the treatment group before treatment.At one week,two weeks and the end of treatment,The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.01).After one week of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the two groups two weeks after treatment and after treatment(P<0.05).The treatment methods in both groups could improve the patients’ physical anxiety and cognitive impairment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment,one week after treatment and two weeks after treatment(P>0.05).After the treatment,the scores of somatic anxiety and cognitive impairment in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),which had statistical significance.4.BDI-Ⅱ Evaluation: Comparison of the results of two groups of patients with depression before and after treatment,Control group and treatment group patientsbefore treatment BDI-Ⅱ score results is no obvious difference,clinical comparable,There was no significant difference between the two groups one week after treatment(P>0.05).After two weeks and the end of treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).5.TCM syndrome integral scale Evaluation: There was no significant difference in pre-treatment scores between the two groups,and they were comparable,The scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups decreased after one week,two weeks and the end of treatment.The score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.SERS Evaluation:The adverse reactions in the treatment group were significantly less than those in the control group at one week,two weeks and after treatment,and the scores were different(p<0.05).7.Efficacy Evaluation: "Horizontal Wrist and Vertical Finger Acupuncture Manipulation" Acupuncture is more effective than oral fluoxetine in the treatment of depression(P < 0.01).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.20%,The total effective rate of the control group was 80.60%,The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The therapeutic effect of "Horizontal Wrist and Vertical Finger Acupuncture Manipulation" on depression with heart and spleen deficiency is better than that of fluoxetine group.2.Both the treatment group and the control group improved the symptoms of the patients with depression of deficiency of heart and spleen,but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.3.In the treatment group and the control group,the scores of HAMD,HAMA,BDI-II,and TCM syndrome scores of patients with depression of heart and spleen deficiency decreased,and the treatment group improved depression and physical anxiety in patients with depression.The status,cognitive impairment,and sleep disorder were superior to the control group,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant.The adverse reactions in the treatment group were significantlyless than those in the control group.The "Horizontal Wrist and Vertical Finger Acupuncture Manipulation" acupuncture group has fast onset,few side effects,safety and compliance. |
