| Objectives:Through the survey of the satisfaction of the residential training students in a third-grade A hospital affiliated to a medical college in Xinjiang and it’s cooperative units. To explore the satisfaction and training effectiveness of residential training students at different educational levels and provide theoretical basis for improving and promoting residential training system. Methods : Questionnaire survey was conducted on the residential training students of three academic levels(undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate)who were enrolled from the year of 2014 to 2016.A total of 283 resident students were surveyed by means of convenient sampling survey, and 260 valid questionnaires were collected. The content of the questionnaire was divided into five dimensions, including basic information of students, residence and training status, income level, satisfaction on process management, and self-evaluation of training effect, with a total of 48 items. The satisfaction analysis adopted the form of Likert rating scale and adopts the 5-point scoring method. The full score was 5 points. The higher the score was,the higher the satisfaction. Results: 1.Among the students with different educational levels, there were statistically significant differences in daily managed beds and participation in scientific research(P <0.05).The number of daily managed beds, from more to less in turn was: graduate students,"four certificate in one" graduate, undergraduate students. The degree of participation in scientific research work, from more to less in turn was: "four certificates in one" graduate students, graduate students, undergraduate students.2.There were statistically significant differences in the satisfaction scores of residential training students with different educational levels in terms of overall, welfare treatment, teacher teaching level, training assessment and base management(P<0.05),all of which were the highest for undergraduate students and the lowest for "four certificates in one" graduate students.3.Periodic assessment results: undergraduatestudents had the lowest scores in theory and skills assessment, and the difference between them and students with other two educational levels was statistically significant(P=0.008,P=0.009).4.Self-assessment training effect of students: the differences of students with different educational levels in literature review writing, thinking and methods of case report and improvement of scientific research ability were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The connection between satisfaction and training effect of students with different educational levels: undergraduate students had the highest degree of satisfaction, while with the lowest degree of assessment score."four certificates in one" graduate students had the lowest degree of satisfaction, and graduate students had the middle degree of satisfaction. The training effect of the two was good. Conclusion:Students of different educational levels have different training effects under the management of the existing training system. It is necessary to improve the system, strengthen management, and develop different training programs for students of different educational levels,so as to achieve homogeneous training effects and constantly improve the training quality. |
