Effect Of Wuwei Xiaoke Decoction On Serum VEGF And Hcy Expression In Diabetic Nephropathy Patients With Deficiency Of Qi And Yin Combined With Stasis Syndrome

Objective: To observe the effect of Wuwei Xiaoke Decoction on serum VEGF and Hcy expression in diabetic nephropathy patients with deficiency of qi and Yin and blood stasis syndrome,and to explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Wuwei Xiaoke Decoction on diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods: Choose 60 patients with early diabetic nephropathy(?)with Deficiency of qi and Yin and blood stasis syndrome who were admitted to the department of endocrinology outpatient and hospitalization from April 2018 to December 2018.The patients were divided into the treatme-nt group and control group,according to the principle of randomized of 30 patients in each group.In the control group,simple routine application of basic treatment measures such as blood glucose control,blood pressure,blood lipids and reduced urine protein were given.In the treatment group,Wuwei Xiaoke Decoction was added on basic treatment measures,and both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Detect the expression level of serum VEGF and Hcy in both groups,before and after treatment in patients.Observe fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 hour postprandial plasma glucose(2h PG),triglycerides(TG),cholesterol(TC),serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),changes in urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER)and TCM symptom integral and evaluate clinical curative effect.Results: The two groups of patients had good baseline balance and comparability.(1)After treatment,the clinical syndrome integral and the expression levels of serum VEGF and Hcy in the treatment group and the control group all decreased,and it was more significant in the treatment group,with P <0.01,indicating a statistically significant difference.(2)Changes in glucose metabolism: After treatment,the FPG and 2h PG in both groups were decreased,and the FPG and 2h PG in the treatment group decreased more significantly than that in the control group,with P <0.05,indicating a statistically significant difference.(3)Changes in blood lipid level: After treatment,the TG and TC in both groups were decreased.And the TG and TC in the treatment group decreased more significantly than that in the control group,with P<0.05,indicating a statistically significant difference.(4)Changes in renal function related indicators:After treatment,the blood SCr,BUN and UAER in both group-s were decreased,and the treatment groud played a more significant role(all P<0.05,with statistically significant differences).(5)In terms of clinical efficacy,the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 87%,which was higher than that of the control group(73%),P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: Wuwei Xiaoke Decoction can significantly reduce the blood glucose,blood lipid,renal function and clinical symptoms of patients with early diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of qi and Yin and blood stasis syndrome,which may be related to the down-regulation of VEGF and Hcy expression.
