Clinical Study Of Huangqi Xiaoke Shen'an Decoction In The Treatment Of Diabetic Nephropathy(Qiyin Deficiency And Stasis And Toxin Syndrome)

Objective: Through clinical observation,Professor Nanzheng self-made prescription "Huangqi Xiaoke Shenan Decoction" was evaluated on blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,24-hour proteinuria quantitative,blood creatinine,glomerular filtration rate,symptom improvement and safety before and after treatment in patients with diabetic nephropathy(Qiyin deficiency and stasis and toxin syndrome),to verify its curative effect and explore its theoretical method,so as to treat the diabetic nephropathy(Qiyin deficiency and stasis and toxin syndrome)provides a new pathway.Methods: From December 2018 to December 2019,72 outpatients with diabetic nephropathy(Qiyin deficiency and stasis and toxin syndrome)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.On the basis of the same routine hypoglycemic treatment,the treatment group was given Huangqi Xiaoke Shenan Decoction for 1 dose / day,120 ml / time,Decoction in the morning,noon and after supper.The control group was given valsartan capsules,80 mg / time,once a day.Two groups of patients were given regular diabetes education and ordered low-quality protein diet,4 weeks as a course of treatment.After three courses of clinical treatment,the improvement of clinical symptoms,signs,fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood creatinine,glomerular filtration rate and urinary protein quantity were observed before and after treatment.Results:After three courses of clinical observation,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.8%,the total effective rate of the control group was 65.6%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In addition,the scores of symptoms,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,24-hour urine protein and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups were statistically significant,And the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Huangqi Xiaoke Shenan decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and physical and chemical examination indexes of the patients,and play a positive role inslowing down the progress of the course of diabetic nephropathy,with good safety.It has application value for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy(Qiyin deficiency and stasis and toxin syndrome).
