Application Research Of Fast-track Surgery Nursing In The Postoperative Period Of Patients Undergoing Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction

Objective: Discuss the effectiveness of the application of fast-track surgery nursing model on patients who undergoing anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction during postoperative period.Methods: From January 2018 to October 2018,subjects were selected from 60 patients who underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in a tertiary hospital in Changchun.The patients were divided into two groups according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria set by this study.There were 30 cases in the observation group(rapid rehabilitation nursing group)and 30 cases in the control group(traditional surgical nursing group).The basic data such as sex and age of the patients were collected.The results were as follows: Lysholm scores(on the first day after operation and on the day of discharge in the Kuaikang group,and Lysholm scores were performed on the two groups at the same time.The amplitude of the two groups was increased;Lysholm scale was developed by Lysholm and Gillqui in 1982 to assess the specific indications of the knee ligament injury.),the occurrence of postoperative complications,the time required for the muscle strength of the affected limb to reach the standard(grade IV and above),the hospitalization day,the hospitalization expense and the pain score.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in basic data(P >0.05).(2)The Lysholm score of the patients in the observation group was increased(43.167±5.203 vs.22.414±4.053,P(27)0.01);The incidence of postoperative complications decreased(3.333% vs.16.666%,P = 0.085);The number of days required to reach the standard of muscle strength of affected limbs was earlier(1.912±0.661 d vs.4.413±0.813 d,P(27)0.01);The length of stay in hospital was shortened(5.233±1.135 d vs.11.501±5.015 d,P(27)0.01);The cost of hospitalization is educed(31025±12697yuan vs.65437±11452yuan,P(27)0.01);Pain scores at 6h,12 h,24h,48 h after operation were lower than those in the control group(3.142±0.844 vs.3.933±0.583、3.733±0.827 vs.6.266±0.739、2.733±0.449 vs.4.666±0.606、 2.033±0.413 vs.3.633±0.490,P(27)0.01);There was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups at 72 hours after operation(1.833±0.461 vs.2.266±0.520,P(29)0.05).Conclusion: It is effective to apply rapid rehabilitation nursing measures in the nursing after arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.It can not only shorten the hospitalization days,reduce the hospitalization expenses,reduce the incidence of complications,accelerate the functional recovery of the affected limbs,but also alleviate the pain of the patients.
