Study On Investigation And Quality Evaluation Of Epimedium Koreanum Nakai Resources In Jilin Province

Objective:1.This paper investigated the resource distribution,storage and annual yield of Epimedium koreanum Nakai in Jilin province,and provided a basis for the rational development and utilization of Epimedium koreanum Nakai in Jilin province.2.To evaluate the quality of Epimedium samples collected in the survey area.3.To establish HPLC fingerprinting of Epimedium koreanum Nakai in Jilin province and to evaluate the consistency of its quality.To provide the basis for the identification of Epimedium koreanum Nakai.Methods:1.This research adopts the methods of field investigation,literature review and visit consultation to investigate and study the resources of Epimedium koreanum Nakai in Jilin province,and preliminarily estimates the resource reserves and annual acceptability.2.Collect the samples of Epimedium koreanum Nakai in the survey area,and use UV method and HPLC method to determine the content of total flavonoids and icariin in the samples,measure the moisture,ash,extract and acid insoluble ash of the samples,and evaluate the overall quality of icariin in Jilin province.3.HPLC method was used to determine the fingerprinting of Epimedium koreanum Nakai,and the similarity evaluation system of the fingerprint similarity of traditional Chinese medicine was used to evaluate the samples and calculate the similarity.Results:1.Epimedium koreanum Nakai grows in Changbai mountain area in the southeast of Jilin province,and is mainly distributed in Tonghua county,Erdaojiang district,Tonghua city,Dongchang district,Ji 'an city,Baishan city and Linjiang city.2.The moisture content,ash content,acid insoluble ash content and alcohol soluble extract content of Epimedium koreanum Nakai samples in different harvesting areas all met the requirements of the 2015 edition of Chinese pharmacopoeia.UV method was used todetermine the comprehensive brass content in the samples between 6.00% and 8.00%,and HPLC method was used to determine the content of icariin in the samples between 0.50%and 0.65%,which all met the requirements of pharmacopoeia.3.Twelve peaks were selected as the common peaks of Epimedium koreanum Nakai.HPLC fingerprinting,and the similarity of 19 samples were all above 0.970,and a common fingerprinting pattern was established.Conclusion: The supply of Epimedium koreanum Nakai in Jilin province is concentrated in Ji 'an and Tonghua counties.In recent years,with the increase of the demand for Epimedium koreanum Nakai,the amount of resources is decreasing year by year.Therefore,it is urgent to take relevant measures to protect the resources of Epimedium koreanum Nakai and rationally develop them in order to achieve sustainable utilization of resources.The quality evaluation of the samples in all regions met the requirements of Chinese pharmacopoeia 2015.The HPLC analysis conditions of Epimedium koreanum Nakai in Jilin province were preliminarily established,and the HPLC fingerprint was established to determine the conditions,which provided a basis for the identification of Epimedium koreanum Nakai.
