China's social security industry has developed rapidly.At present,the social security system framework with complete projects and comprehensive coverage has been initially established.However,with the continuous development of the Internet economy and the promotion of urbanization,the number of individual industrial and commercial households is increasing,including unemployed individual industry and commerce.The differentiation and development of self-employed groups such as households make their medical insurance participation decision different from ordinary people.Under this background,the proportion of flexible employment in urban insurance will still increase.Because different types of medical insurance benefits are different,their health status may have different effects.Therefore,in the context of more comprehensive coverage of medical insurance,research on the choice of different medical insurance and its impact on the health status of unemployed self-employed individuals will have more The practical significance is conducive to deepening the discussion on the impact and significance of the further reform and improvement of the medical insurance system on the health status of social groups,and is conducive to analyzing the impact on the sustainability of the medical insurance fund.Based on the CFPS data of 2012,2014 and 2016,this paper studies the unemployed individual industrial and commercial households participating in different medical treatments with the continuous improvement of medical insurance policies and the increasing participation of flexible employees including unemployed individual industrial and commercial households.The impact of insurance on its health status and mental health status,due to the existing policy changes and insurance requirements,this paper mainly compares the choice of urban workers' basic medical insurance and urban residents'medical insurance with the new rural cooperative medical insurance.Impact.The relevant research results show that in terms of physical health,after controlling a number of variables,the group showing the insurance city insurance and the city insurance is significantly worse than the new rural cooperatives,and the higher-grade city job insurance has not significantly improved.The physical health score of the interviewed group,while in terms of mental health,the group of the insured city insurance has a higher score than the new rural cooperative mental health,and the effect of the urban residential insurance is not significant;after the endogenous test,Comparing different years and different types of medical insurance,it was found that the group of employees in the insurance city had better mental health status than the new rural cooperatives,and the effect of the resident status was significant.The results showed that compared with the group participating in the new rural cooperative medical system,Insured groups of non-agricultural resident are better in terms of physical health and mental health.
