Centrifugal contraction is a contraction in which the muscle is gradually elongated under the resistance,causing the motion link to move in the opposite direction of the muscle pulling force.It is characterized by the fact that the muscle can produce a tension that greatly exceeds the centripetal contraction.According to its characteristics,eccentric contraction training is used as a means to improve the muscle strength of athletes.It strengthens the muscle strength and stability of the parts that are prone to sports injuries to prevent sports injuries of young athletes.At present,most of the phenomena of athletes’ sports injuries occur in the daily training of Chinese young athletes.The athletes’ youth are the key period for becoming excellent athletes.In this paper,the long jump project is used as a research project,and the centrifugal contraction training is applied to the daily training of adolescent long jump.Through literature,experimental comparison,expert interviews,field observation,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the adolescent long-distance athletes of Hefei Amateur Sports School were used as experimental subjects,and the experimental subjects were not subjected to eccentric contraction through FMS action screening in functional training.Pre-training FMS scores,combined with complex training theory knowledge,in-depth understanding of the characteristics of long jump events,in-depth analysis of the causes and mechanisms of sports injuries of young athletes in long jump;development and implementation of centrifugal contraction training for daily training of adolescent long jump athletes And the effectiveness test of the implemented exercise training program,combined with the FMS score changes(pre,middle,and post),the main conclusions are as follows;(1)After 12 weeks of eccentric contraction training,the FMS scores of teenager long jumpers generally increased.The old problems of the young athletes in the long jump have been greatly recovered,which greatly improved the stability of the trunk and the flexibility of the shoulder joints of the young athletes,and reduced the probability of sports injuries among the young athletes.(2)By adding 12 weeks of eccentric contraction training,the effect is more prominent than the previous traditional training.The long jump performance of young athletes has improved significantly,and the sports technology has become more coherent and self-heating.In the past,the weak parts were greatly strengthened,and the probability of occurrence of sports injuries was reduced.(3)Centrifugal contraction training can enhance the lower limb strength and explosiveness of young athletes and improve the stability and balance of young athletes.The muscle strength of the lower limbs of the athletes is greatly improved compared with the previous ones,indicating that the centrifugal contraction training is more significant for the improvement of muscle strength,so that the probability of sports injuries is lower.(4)The eccentric contraction training program for adolescent long-distance athletes has certain speciality and difference.The appropriate centrifugal training method is used to maximize the training effect of the young athletes who are prone to sports injuries.To improve athletes’ performance and prevent the risk of sports injuries.
