| Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the ability of secondary vocational nursing students in Jilin City to provide first aid for ice and snow sports injuries,to understand their knowledge,belief,and practice levels regarding first aid for ice and snow sports injuries,to explore relevant influencing factors,to clarify the training needs of secondary vocational nursing students for ice and snow sports injuries,and to use literature review and Delphi method to construct a knowledge system for ice and snow sports injury first aid for secondary vocational nursing students.Methods:1.Questionnaire survey:Using the convenience sampling method,800 full-time secondary vocational nurses were selected according to the proportion of grades from14 classes of three grades in two secondary vocational colleges,Jilin City Health School and Shulan Vocational High School.Students as the research object to conduct a questionnaire survey,using SPSS26.0 for statistical analysis.2.Literature analysis method:By reading domestic and foreign literature,ice and snow sports injuries,sports medicine,emergency medicine and other related books,summarize and screen out the first-aid knowledge system items for ice and snow sports injuries,and form the first draft of the first-aid knowledge system for ice and snow sports injuries.3.Delphi method:A total of 20 experts in the fields of emergency medicine,sports medicine and physical education from Heilongjiang,Jilin and Shandong provinces were selected by snowball sampling as the consultation objects.Use email to conduct expert consultation on the first draft of the knowledge system,and continuously revise the initial draft according to expert opinions and item importance scores,and finally determine the first aid knowledge system for ice and snow sports injuries.Results:1.The scores of all dimensions of the first-aid survey on ice and snow sports injuries of secondary vocational nursing students in Jilin City:800 questionnaires were distributed in this survey,and 793 were effectively recovered.The total score of the first aid questionnaire for ice and snow sports injury is(70.83 ± 0.43)points,and the three dimensions are respectively(16.10±0.16)point for knowledge dimension,(29.59± 0.21)points for attitude dimension and(25.14 ± 0.18)points for behavior dimension.2.The univariate analysis of the first-aid investigation on ice and snow sports injury of secondary vocational nursing students in Jilin City:The survey results showed that the scores of the first-aid ability of ice and snow sports injury of secondary vocational nursing students were significantly different in terms of gender,age,grade,family residence,participation and preference in ice and snow sports(P<0.05).3.Multi-factor analysis of the investigation on the first aid of ice and snow sports injury of secondary vocational nursing students in Jilin City:The research results showed that seven variables,including gender,age,family residence,grade,whether interested in ice and snow sports,participation in ice and snow sports and injury,had a significant regression effect on the level of the first aid ability of secondary vocational nursing students in ice and snow sports injury(P<0.05),and finally entered the equation,It is the main influencing factor that affects the score of first-aid ability of ice and snow sports injury.4.Delphi expert consultation:a total of 20 experts have completed two rounds of correspondence.The positive coefficient of the two rounds of experts is 100%,and the expert authority coefficient is 0.89,which is greater than the standard value of0.7,indicating that the expert opinion is credible;The coordination coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation are significant,among which the average importance of the items in the second round of expert consultation is 4.35-4.80,and the coefficient of variation is 0.08-0.20.The scores of each item meet the evaluation criteria.5.Establishment of knowledge system:The final knowledge system of emergency treatment for ice and snow sports injury of secondary vocational nursing students includes 3 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 39 third-level indicators.Conclusions:1.The first-aid ability of the secondary vocational nursing students in Jilin is generally at the middle level.The students have a good grasp of basic knowledge,lack of professional skills training,positive learning attitude,but poor behavior,and need targeted training.2.The main influencing factors of the first-aid ability of the secondary vocational nursing students in Jilin are gender,age,family residence,grade,whether they are interested in ice and snow sports,participation in ice and snow sports and injury.3.This study is based on the needs of vocational education and uses Delphi method to construct the knowledge system of emergency treatment for secondary vocational nursing students with ice and snow sports injuries,which has been proved to be scientific and reliable. |
