Purpose:Urinary retention is a common complication of surgery, acute urinary retention is associated with a higher incidence of postoperative anorectal diseases and the pain of the patient is increased. The method of clinically treating postoperative urinary retention is simple. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of fu' s subcutaneous needling therapy on postoperative urinary retention of anorectal diseases and to explore its mechanism of action. To provide a safe, simple and effective new therapy for uroschesis after anorectal diseases.Methods:Forty-four patients who met the diagnostic criteria and were included in the criteria were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group and the control group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with fu' s subcutaneous needling therapy combined with reperfusion intervention, and the patients in the control group were not treated. The gender, age, volume of fluid rehydration during operation, the time of operation, urination time or catheterization time, abdominal symptoms and signs in the two groups were observed respectively. Two groups of data were compared and analyzed with statistical software.Results:44 patients in this study were postoperative patients with anorectal diseases who matched with the inclusion criteria and diagnostic criteri-a.Pre-treatment information of patients in two group including gender, age, volume of fluid rehydration during operation, the time of operation, urination time or catheterization time, abdominal symptoms and signs were compared and thedifference had no statistics signifieane(P>0.05).The number of voiding cases were compared. For the treatment group,14(70%)cases were markedly effective with 6(30%)cases being invalid, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results suggest that fu' s subcuta-neous needling for treating postoperative urinary retention of anorectal diseases is clinic-ally effective. Conclusions:The results suggest that fu's subcutaneous needling therapy has a certain clinical effect on treating postoperative urinary retention in anorectal diseases patients. It can promote the postoperative urination, reduce the postoperative pain and shorten the time of postoperative rehabilitation.Fu' s subcutaneous needling therapy is a simple, safe and effective new therapy to prevent postoperative urinary retention of anorectal diseases.
