ObjectiveIn this study,a comparative study was conducted between dug addicts and non drug addicts,to understand the self evaluation,family function and social support of drug addicts,compared differences in this three aspects and the influence of family function and social support on individual evaluations.Provides suggestions for drug addicts in this three aspects.MethodsSearched the literatures about drug addicts,self evaluations,family functions and social support from the Chinese journal full text database(CNKI)and Pud Med database to understand the research situation.An interview for drug addicts and related medical staff in a voluntary detoxification hospital before the questionnaire,and the subjects were selected.51 drug addicts and matched families and friends of drug addicts were selected as a control group,used a questionnaire to collect basic information and drug abuse in the drug dependence group,Social Support Scale,Family Assessment Device and Personal Evaluation Inventory to evaluate situations.Data entry and sorting through SPSS17.0 and checked out by descriptive statistics,t test,correlation analysis and regression analysis.Results(1)A significant difference in the demographic variables between drug addicts and non drug addicts(P<0.001),specially in marital status,whether had a stable job,cultural level and monthly income.(2)In drug abuse,drug addicts had 84.4%in 10-30 years old,number of first drug addicts in 2011-2017 years was 49.1%,continuing drug using in 0-10 vears had 68.7%.(3)Drug addicts' family problems were difficult to solve,role responsibility was not clear,family members were not concerned about problems,and the overall atmosphere in home was poor.(4)Drug addicts had a low level of material social and using social.(5)Drug addicts had a high confidence in work,but less confident in social relations,self-confidence and conversation than non drug addicts.(6)The social interrelationship of drug addicts was positively correlated with family functioning s problem solving,communication,affective involvement,behavior control,general functioning,and three dimensions of social support(P<0.05),confidence was positively correlated with problem solving and subjective support and support utilization(P<0.05),confidence of appearance was negatively correlated with subjective support and objective support(R<0.05),confidence of love was negatively correlated with subject support and support utilization(P<0.05),confidence of conversation was correlated with roles,behavior control and subjective support(P<0.05),general confidence was correlated with affective responsiveness,subjective support and support utilization(P<0.05).In non drug group,social interrelationship was negatively correlated with family functioning s solving problem,communication,affective involvement,behavior control,general functioning and social support' s three dimensions(P<0.05),self-confidence was negatively correlated with solving problem,subjective support and utilization degree(P<0.05),confidence of appearance was negatively correlated with objective support and objective support(P<0.05),confidence of love was negatively correlated with subjective support and utilization degree(P<0.05),confidence of talk was correlated with roles,behavior control and subjective support(P<0.05),also general confidence was correlated with affective responsiveness,subjective support and support' s utilization(P<0.05).Making a further regression analysis,either in drug dependence group or non drug dependence group,it showed that family function and social support could significantly predict personal assess which has a significant correlation between two variables was mention.Conclusion(1)The marital status of the drug addicts was not ideal and the source of the economy was lowed.(2)The age of initial addiction among drug addicts was concentrated in adolescents and youth,nearly half of drug addicts took the first drug in nearly 6 years,and cumulative time for drug addiction was in 10 years.(3)Drug addicts' family problems were difficult to solve,role responsibility was not clear,family members were not concerned about problems,and the overall atmosphere in home was poor.(4)In family function,the problem solving,roles,affective responsiveness,and general functioning of drug addicts were significantly higher than those of non drug addicts.(5)Drug addicts had highly confidence in work,but had less confident of social relations,self-confidence and confidence of conversation than non drug addicts.(6)The self evaluation of drug addicts was related to family function and three aspects of social support,which were less than those of non drug addicts.These three aspects can effectively prevent individuals from taking drugs.Otherwise,when the individual took drugs,the improvement of these three aspects was not as good as that before taking drugs.
