Study On The Supply Of Rural Medical Services Under The Rural Revitalization Strategy

The level of medical service supply is closely related to the life and health of hundreds of millions of citizens.For a long time,the Chinese Communist party and government have continuously increased financial investment to medical service,and the overall medical service system in China has been significantly improved.However,due to the long-term existence of urban-rural dual economic pattern in China,the vast rural areas have been marginalized for a long time in medical service supply.The unbalanced allocation of medical service resource has caused inequality in the rate of medical resource occupancy,government fiscal expenditure ratio and medical security system between rural and urban areas.Under the full implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,to narrow the gap between urban and rural medical services is an important manifestation of building a service-oriented government.In order to further explore the problem of how to supply rural areas medical service effectively,this paper chooses Shengzhou city of Zhejiang Province as the research object,and makes full use of theories related to public goods,multi-center governance,commission-agent,human capital as well as some similar research.After the systematic analysis of the supply of rural medical services in Shengzhou City of Zhejiang Province,it is found that the reform of primary health care in Shengzhou City has achieved remarkable results such as the steady improvement of the total amount of medical funds,the gradual optimization of the capital structure,the rationalization of the human resources mechanism,the increasing vitality of the grassroots,the improvement of the satisfaction of the masses and the enthusiasm of the rural doctors.However,the supply of rural medical services still has problems such as insufficient capital investment,unbalanced capital supply,unreasonable structure of rural medical talents,and new medical reform policies to be improved.In the future,it is necessary to increase financial input to rural medical and health care,upgrade the construction of rural medical service talents,improve the institutional construction of rural medical services,and optimize the allocation of rural medical service resources to promote the rural revitalization strategy in the aspect of the supply of rural medical services.
