Objective:To investigate the expression levels of miR-208,miR-494,miR-499 and miR-1303 in acute myocardial infarction and their value in early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.Methods:Patients admitted to Yulin first people's hospital from October2015 to October 2016 for chest pain within 3 hours were collected and divided into acute myocardial infarction(ami)group(n = 41)and stable angina pectoris(SAP)group(n = 32)according to the 2010 diagnostic guidelines for myocardial infarction and stable angina pectoris.blood was taken at the following time points after chest pain onset: admission(T0),onset of 6 hours(T6),onset of 12 hours(T12).In addition,healthy people without coronary heart disease were randomly selected as control group(n = 10)to take blood once.The extracted peripheral venous blood was used to detect the expression levels of miR-208,miR-494,miR-499,and miR-1303 by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR technology,to record the expression levels of serum mirna in different time periods,and to statistically analyze the difference of the expression levels of different mirnas in the two groups of patients.Results :(1)The serum levels of miR-208,miR-494,miR-499,and miR-1303 in the AMI group were significantly higher than those in the SAP group and the healthy control group at different time windows after onset.There were statistical differences between the groups.(P<0.05),the expression levels of miR-208,miR-494,miR-499,and miR-1303 were not significantly different in the SAP group and the healthy control group(P>0.05).(2)The changes of miR-208,miR-494,and miR-499 in the experimental group indicated that they were elevated at T0,peaked at 12 o'clock,then gradually decreased,and did not drop to normal at T12.value.miR-1303 is elevated at T0 admission and may peak at T6 to T12,and may peak after T12.(3)Correlation analysis showed that miR-208,miR-494,miR-499,and miR-1303 were positively correlated with hs-cTnI,and the correlation coefficients were 0.18,0.223,0.227,and 0.23,respectively.(4)ROC analysis results showed that the area under the curve AUC of 1miR-208,miR-494,miR-499,and miR-1303 were 0.868,0.839,0.852,and0.884,respectively,and the area under the curve corresponding to hs-cTnI in AMI was AUC.A value of 0.992 indicates that the above miRNAs are not superior to hs-cTnI in the diagnosis of early acute myocardial infarction.Conclusions : The expression of miR-208,miR-494,miR-499 and miR-1303 in the early stage of acute myocardial infarction was significantly higher in the AMI group than in the SAP group and the healthy control group,suggesting that these miRNAs are expected to become early markers of myocardial infarction in acute myocardial infarction.However,the diagnostic efficacy is not better than hs-cTnI.
