| Objective: To explore whether the combination of acupuncture and drug therapy can improve the clinical efficacy by comparing the clinical efficacy of the combination of acupuncture and drug therapy and traditional Chinese medicine in the intervention of polycystic ovary syndrome with that of simple acupuncture therapy and acupuncture plus guidance therapy,so as to achieve a safer, more efficient and more economical treatment scheme. Methods: This study collected 95 patients from January 2015 to December 2018 who reviewed the diagnostic criteria of humanistic study in the National Medical Hall of Hubei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Among them,5 patients fell off midway and 90 cases were effective.According to the order of the time of treatment, they were divided into acupuncture combined guidance group, acupuncture group, acupuncture combined guidance group, each with 30 cases. The data of age, weight and course of disease of the three groups of subjects in the study have no statistical significance after comparison(P >0.05),and have certain referential value. After analyzing the therapeutic effects of the three groups,a conclusion can be drawn.Observation results: after comparing the volume and number of ovarianfollicles before and after treatment, the differences in size and number of ovarian follicles in groups a,b and c are not statistically significant(P>0.05),but have referential value. After treatment, the ovarian volume size and follicle number of each group of subjects were significantly reduced compared with the previous ones, and the changes in size and difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the volume and number of ovarian follicles in the three groups of patients were compared with each other, and there was no reference for the difference in volume and number. After treatment, there was no significant difference in T,luteinizing hormone,FSH,testosterone,TCM syndrome score difference, ovarian volume size and follicle number between each observed group(P>0.05).The total efficiency of the control group after receiving medical treatment was 93.33% and 70%respectively,and the total efficacy rate of the study group after receiving medical treatment was 96.67%,with significant difference in data and statistical significance(P<0.05).After comparing and analyzing the ovulation rate after medication, acupuncture and guidance, the ovulation rates of the three groups of patients under observation are respectively70.00% in group a,55.56% in group b and 77.89% in group c after rigorous statistical analysis and calculation,P<0.05,with statistically significant data differences and practical reference value. After treatment, the pregnancy rates of the three groups of observers were compared,50.00% in group a,23.33% in group b and 73.33% in group c after statistical analysis and calculation,P<0.05,with statistical significance and practical reference significance.According to all the data collected during the follow-up,the early abortion rate observed during the study was calculated to be 20%,28.57% and 12.5% below.after careful statistical analysis and calculation,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant, but only had certain reference value. Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine and guided surgery for polycystic ovary syndrome patients have achieved better therapeutic effects than the control group in terms of effective rate, pregnancy rate and ovulation rate.It has more effectively improved the body mass index of the patients, accelerated the alleviation of the symptoms of the patients, and gradually restored the menstrual cycle to normal. It also has the effect of improving the physical signs of hirsutism, acne, acanthosis nigricans and the level of sex hormones, provides a new and efficient alternative for clinical treatment of the disease, and provides a broader treatment idea for later treatment of PCOS. |
