| Objective:By questionnaire investigation and laboratory tests,to analysis the association between missed abortion and phthalic acid esters exposure and the relationship of plasma and villus tissue at the leves of PAEs and its metabolites.Methods:This was a case-control study.121 cases of missed abortion patients were recuited,who as a patient from December 2016 to December 2017 at the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi medical university,Debao maternal and child health hospital,Jingxi people’s hospital.At the same time,98 cases of voluntary abortion of pregnant women were recuited as control group.Through questionnaire investigation learned about the basic information of the study objects.The concentration of 10 kinds of PAEs and its metabolites in the plasma and villi tissue were tested.The questionnaire information was input using EpiData software.The association between missed abortion and phthalic acid esters exposure and the relationship of plasma and villus tissue at the leves of PAEs were analyzed by SPSS 16.0 software.Results:(1)The basic information of the study objects were analyzed through the chi-square test.The results showed that feeding pets,decorate room,whether menstrual regular,history of spontaneous abortion,primiparity,the use of cosmetics,alcohol consumption,sports,takeout in the two groups had no statistical difference(P > 0.05).The case group of age,BMI,history of artificial abortion,work exposure,colouring and perming hair,passive smoking was significantly higher than control group(P < 0.05),education degree was generally lower than control group’s(P < 0.05).The result of Single factor Logistic regression analysis showed that age(OR=1.147,95%CI : 1.084-1.213),BMI(OR=1.498,95%CI :1.292-1.737),history of artificial abortion(OR=2.336,95%CI :1.349-4.044),work exposure(OR=2.649,95%CI:1.216-5.772),colouring and perming hair(OR=2.073,95%CI:1.118-3.845),passive smoking(OR=1.784,95%CI:1.041-3.056)and education level(OR=0.606,95%CI:0.420-0.973)associated with the occurrence of missed abortion.The result of Multiariable Logistic regression analysis showed that high age(OR=1.154,95%CI : 1.079-1.233),high BMI(OR=1.415,95%CI :1.202-1.665),work exposure(OR=3.323,95%CI:1.336-8.628)、colouring and perming hair(OR=3.517,95%CI:1.620-7.637)can increase the risk of missed abortion;education degree(OR=0.627,95%CI:0.393-0.992)reduce the risk of missed abortion.(2)The detection rate of MEP(37.19% VS 24.49%),MBP(95.04%VS 84.69%),MBzP(97.52% VS 89.80%)and BBP(97.52% VS 87.76%)in plasma of missed abortion group were higher than the normal control group’s,which of the differences had statistically significant(P < 0.05).The concentration of DMP、MBP、MEHP、MBzP、DEHP in plasma of missed abortion group were higher than the control group’s,which of differences had statistical significance,but other kind of PAEs had no statistical difference(P > 0.05)in the two group.,The level of DEP(r = 0.397,P < 0.001),DBP(r = 0.410,P < 0.001),DEHP(r = 0.286,P < 0.001)with its metabolite in plasma were a significant positive correlation in the two group,but the level of DMP,BBP with its metabolite had no correlation(P > 0.05).Colouring and perming hair affects the content of MBP in plasma,may be the risk factors of pregnant women plasma exposure MBP(OR = 1.906,95%CI:1.019-3.566,P =0.043);BMI may be the risk factors of pregnant women plasma exposure MBzP(OR=1.160,95%CI:1.029-1.309,P=0.016);Passive smoking may be the risk factors of pregnant women plasma exposure DEHP(OR = 1.822,95%CI:1.035-3.205,P = 1.822),and other variables have no correlation with the leves of PAEs in plasma(P > 0.05).(3)The detection rate of MBP(80.17% VS 90.81%)and MBzP(76.86% VS 87.76%)in villi tissue of missed abortion group were lower than the control group’s.The leves of DBP(74.38% VS 39.80%)and MEHP(62.81% VS 47.96%)were higher than the control group ‘s,which differences have statisticalsignificant(P < 0.05);The leves of DBP、MEHP in villi tissue of the missed abortion were higher than the control group’s,which difference had statistically significant(P < 0.05),but other kinds of PAEs have no statistical difference(P > 0.05).The leves of DEP with its metabolite in villi tissue had significant positive correlation(r = 0.412,P < 0.001),but the leves of DMP,DBP,BBP,DEHP with its metabolites in which had no correlation(P > 0.05);Work exposure effects the content of MEHP in villus tissues,may be the risk of villus tissues exposure MEHP(OR = 2.530,95%CI:1.091-5.053,P = 0.016),and other variables have no correlation with the leves of PAEs in villus tissues(P > 0.05).(4)The level of 10 kinds of PAEs and its metabolites in the villi tissue and plasma had no correlation(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Elderly,higher BMI,lower education level,work exposure,and colouring and perming hair may be the risk factors of missed abortion.(2)The expouse of phthalic acid esters may be a risk factor for missed abortion.(3)The leves of PAEs and its metabolites in plasma with villus tissue have no correlation. |
