Research On Electronic Medical Record Information Sharing

With the continuous development of the information age,medical reform is also advancing,and promoting the development of hospital information has become one of the major tasks of major hospitals.Electronic medical record is the original record of medical activities,carrying a large amount of medical information,playing an important role in hospital management,scientific research and teaching,insurance claims and other activities.The essence of information is sharing.Therefore,only on the basis of adhering to the principle of confidentiality and ensuring the safety of patient information,between medical institutions,between medical institutions and patients,between medical institutions and other medical institutions,The sharing of medical institutions and medical insurance companies,medical records and information resources can be better developed and utilized.In China,the development and utilization of electronic medical records is still in its infancy,information sharing is still in the process of exploration,and the pace of sharing is subject to various factors.Even in developed countries like the United States,the sharing of medical record information is not mature enough,and there are too many information leakage incidents.Therefore,to explore the information sharing of electronic medical records in China,analyze the problems existing so far and propose corresponding optimization measures,which is of great significance for the development of information sharing of electronic medical records at this stage.Based on the concepts of medical record file,electronic medical record and electronic medical record information sharing,this paper introduces the characteristics of medical record file,electronic medical record management process,electronic medical record information sharing method,and adopts questionnaire and interview method.A survey was conducted on the W hospital of A city to understand its development status.The comprehensive analysis shows that there are mainly problems in information sharing:First,the driving force of hospital information sharing is insufficient.Second,information integration is difficult.Third,the information sharing platform is not perfect.Fourth,information security is facing challenges.The fifth is the lack of comprehensive talents.Drawing on the developed countries such as the United States and combining some of the successful experiences of W hospitals,this paper proposes the following optimization measures:First,enhance the hospital's will and strengthen the hospital's driving force.The second is to narrow the gap between urban and rural medical resources and promote information integration.The third is to strengthen the standardization of electronic medical records and improve the information sharing platform.The fourth is to strengthen information security.The fifth is to strengthen the promotion of personnel training and team building.
