Effect And Value Of Acupuncture Combined With Ginger-Separated Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Peripheral Facial Pa Ralysis Of Wind-cold Type

To observe the effect and value of acupuncture combined with Ginger-separated Moxibustion in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis of wind-cold type.Methods:60 patients with peripheral facial paralysis diagnosed in our hospital from May 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research object.According to the order of visiting time,all the patients were randomly divided into acupuncture plus ginger moxibustion group(treatment group)and acupuncture group(control group),30 cases in each group.Results:The disappearance time of droop symptoms in the treatment group was(10.45[5.19]d,and that in the control group was(18.35[5.36]D.There was a significant difference in the improvement time of clinical symptoms between the two groups ater treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of H-B scale between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the number of cases of grade ?,?,? and ? under the scores of H-B scale in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.There was a significant difference in the scores of H-B scale between the treatment group and the control group after treatment and before treatment(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference in the scores of H-B scale between the treatment group and the control group ater treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in facial nerve function score between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of facial nerve function in the treatment group were(91.25(+0.28))and those in the control group were(75.35(+0.42)).There was a significant difference in the scores of facial nerve function between the treatment group and the control group after treatment and before treatment(P<0.05);there was a significant difference in the scores of facial nerve function between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The emotional index score of the treatment group was(23.05 0.23)and that of the control group was(18.47 0.31).The total quality of life score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.There was a signi:ficant difference in the quality of life between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The basic cure cases,marked effect cases and improvement cases in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the number of ineffective cases was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference between the treatment group and the control group was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with ginger-partitioned moxibustion can effectively improve the symptoms of peripheral facial paralysis of wind-cold type,improve the level of facial nerve function of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the safety of treatment,improve the quality of life,improve patient compliance and overall clinical treatment effect,have a more prominent value.It can be widely used.
