Objective:The purpose of this study is to find TCM syndrome characteristics of the wearing-off of Parkinson’s disease.we can observe the difference of TCM syndrome between the clinical WO(+)group and the clinical WO(-)group.It aims to summarize the characteristics of TCM syndromes. To explore the relevant factors and analyze the relationship between TCM syndromes of the wearing-off of PD and clinical evaluation scales. At the same time, there are general data. Methods:Based on the 9 questionnaires(WOQ-9)and relevant criteria of clinical diagnosis, the patients with Parkinson’s disease are divided into two groups:The WO(+)group and WO(-)group.General data of PD patients are collected and clinical evaluation sales are filled in.According to the TCM criteria for diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of elderly fibrillation syndrome.120 cases of PD patients in the group are evaluated for TCM syndrome types. The evaluation of TCM syndrome is combined with clinical symptoms and four diagnostic information. It is determined by two or more deputy chief TCM physicians.General data of collected cases are analyzed, including gender, age, education level, total course of disease and equivalent daily dose of levodopa.Single factor analysis is conducted for the above factors.Making use of the unconditional logistic regression analysis to conclude the relevant influencing factors. To explore the difference of TCM syndrome between the clinical WO(+)group and the clinical WO(-)group.Analyzing TCM syndrome characteristics of the wearing-off of Parkinson disease, and thinking deeply about the correlation with clinical evaluation scales, total course of disease and equivalent daily dose of levodopa. Results:General information of WO(-)group and WO(-)group is included:gender, age, education level, total course of disease, equivalent daily dose of levodopa.PD mostly occurs in middle-age and elderly people, with the majority aged from 60-70 and from 70-80.The number of men is more than of women. In terms of education level, there is no obvious difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There are significant differences in the total course of disease and the equivalent daily dose of levodopa in the WO(+)group. In terms of characteristics of TCM syndrome, there is a significant difference between WO(-)group and WO(-)group.The main syndrome types of WO(+)group are deficiency of qi and blood syndrome, deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome, deficiency of yin and yang syndrome, respectively accounting for 23.3%,38.3%,21.7%.The course of disease is 1-5 years, deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome is different from deficiency of qi and blood syndrome and deficiency of yin and yang syndrome(P<0.05).The course of disease is 6-10 years, deficiency of yin and yang syndrome is different from deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome and deficiency of qi and blood syndrome(P<0.05).The course of disease is more than 11 years, there is no significant difference among the three(P>0.05).There is no significant difference between TCM syndrome type and the equivalent daily dose of levodopa.According to the disease grading of WO(+)group,in the early stage, deficiency of qi and blood syndrome is compared with deficiency of liver and kidney and deficiency of yin and yang, which has statistical significance(P<0.05).In the middle stage, deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome is compared with deficiency of yin and yang syndro me,which has statistical significance(P<0.05).In the late stage, there is no significant ditfference among、ng the three syndromes. In terms of UPDRS III、NMSS score, there are correlations between deficiency of yin and yang syndrome and deficiency of qi and blood syndrome. Conclusion:PD is a kind of neurodegenerative disease that mostly occurs in the middle-aged and elderly population, and the male population is more than the female. There is no significant correlation between wearing-off phenomenon and education level. The effective daily dose of levodopa and the total course disease are the influencing factors of wearing-off phenomenon. The distribution of TCM syndromes of WO(+)group and WO(-)group is significantly different. The main syndromes of WO(+)group are deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome, deficiency of qi and blood syndrome and deficiency of yin and yang syndrome, which are specifically correlated with the total course of disease,H-Y grading and NMSS score.
