The Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Mucosal Healing Of Ulcerative Colitis By Kuijie Enema

Objective:Observe the result of add and subtract Kuijie enema by coloclysis in the treatment of mild and moderate ulcerative colitis,and explore the mechanism,so as to improve clinical correlation and possible theoretical basis of Chinese medicine treatment of mild and moderate ulcerative colitis.Methods:50 patients of mild and moderate ulcerative colitis were collected,all cases were confirmed belonged to the location of rectum and sigmoid colon,and large intestine damp heat as per the syndrome differentiation TCM.The treatment group was treated with Kuijie enema combined Mesalazine,while the control group was only treated with Mesalazine,after the treatment of eight.The main symptoms(diarrhea,abdominal pain,pus and bloody stools)and secondary symptoms(heavy after anxious,burning anus,dry mouth,short red urine)were recorded before treatment and after 8 weeks of treatment.Evaluate clinical remission rate,clinical effection rate and mucosal healing rate,discuss the symptoms of TCM,Mayo score and Baron score,compare fecal calprotectin and Inflammatory index before treatment and after 8 weeks of treatment.Results:This study showed that the clinical remission in terms,there were 7 cases of clinical remission in the treatment group,the clinical remission rate was 35%,in the control group,there were 4 cases of clinical remission,clinical remission rate was 20%,by 2 test comparison(P>0.05),proved that there was no significant difference in the treatment of clinical remission rate between two groups.There were 17 cases of clinical effection in the treatment group,the clinical effection rate was 85%,in the control group,there were 11 cases of clinical effection,clinical effection rate was 55%,by 2 test comparison(P<0.05),proved the treatment group was better than the control group.There were 12 cases of mucosal healing in the treatment group,the mucosal healing rate was 60%,in the control group,there were 5 cases of mucosal healing,the mucosal healing rate was 25%,by 2 test comparison(P<0.05),proved the treatment group was better than the control group.The symptoms of TCM,Mayo score and Baron score in the treatment group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Compared two groups before and after the treatment,there were statistically significant differences in improving the symptoms of blood in the diarrhea,pus and bloody stools and burning anus,dry mouth(P<0.01),there was no significant difference in improving the symptoms of short red urine(P>0.05),in the abdominal pain,heavy after anxious,the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group had more advantage in diarrhea and heavy after anxious(P<0.05).There was no difference between the two groups in the pus and bloody stools,abdominal pain,dry mouth,anus burning,and short red urine(P>0.05).The treartment group was better than the control group in fecal calprotectin(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of Kuijie enema combined Mesalazine was more advantageous in improving the clinical efficacy and promoting mucosal healing of ulcerative colitis.It is worthy of being widely promoted in clinical practice.
