Objective: To find out the law of treating headache with Mongolian syndrome differentiation and treatment with retrospective study,and to evaluate its curative effect,and to provide reference data for the future diagnosis and treatment of headache patients.Methods: A retrospective survey was conducted on the patient data of hospitalization patients with headache in the past five years(2013-2015)of affiliated hospital of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities,collecting data of general conditions,time course,etiology,patient type and disease classification,symptoms,pulse,tongue,urine,therapeutic used and efficacy,and statistical analysisResults: 1.General situation: The ratio of male to female in 140 medical records was 1:2.3.From age distribution analysis,patients aged 7-17 accounted for 1.4% of the total patients,10% of 18-40 years old,77.1% of 41-65 years old,and 11.4%of >65 years old.According to the season of the disease,spring accounted for 27.1%,summer accounted for 14.3%,autumn accounted for 24.3%,and winter accounted for34.2%.In the area of residence,89.3% of the patients lived in rural areas and 10.7%of the patients living in urban areas.From the work points,physical laborers accounted for 91.4%,and mental workers accounted for 8.6%.2.Course of disease: 26.4% of the total patients within 3 months,60.7% from 3months to 10 years,5.7% from 10 to 20 years,3.6% from 20 to 30 years,more than30 years Accounted for 2.9%.There was no significant difference in duration of disease and gender,age and season(P>0.05).3.Causes: 91.4% of the patients with occupation caused by fatigue,40% of anger,18.6% of heat,9.3% of long-term edible oil-heat diet,2.1% of cold,2.1% of noisy,1.4% of sadness,1.4% of sadness,the hard work accounted for 0.7%,and the anxious accounted for 0.7%.4.The patient’s constitution type and disease classification: 71.4% of the patients with Heyi Xila,73% for Badagan Xila,6.4% for Badagan Heyi,and 4.3% for Xila.Heyi accounted for 2.9%,disease classification was Heyi Xila accounted for51.4% of the total patients,Qisu Xila accounted for 21.4%,Heyi accounted for 12.1%,Xila accounted for 10%,Badagan Heyi accounted for 3.6%,Badagan accounted for1.4%.5.Symptoms: According to the headache area,the pain of the lateral side accounted for 32.9% of the total patients,the top pain accounted for 28.2%,the occipital pain accounted for 23.6%,the cerebral hemisphere pain accounted for 16.4%,the orbital pain accounted for 12.1%,and the total brain pain accounted for 7.9.%,forehead pain accounted for 7.1%.According to the characteristics of headache,pulsating pain accounted for 41.4% of the total patients,tingling accounted for 21.4%,pain was 17.9%,pain was 12.9%,and instability was 6.4%.6.Pulse,tongue,and urine: the pulse is fine and the string sinks 64.3% of the patients,the fine and floating accounts for 11.4%,the large and strong accounts for5%,and the strong string accounts for 2.9%.Tongue is thin and slightly yellow,accounting for 42.1%,thin micro-white is 29.3%,dry and thin white is 2.9%.The urine color was 82.1%,the white color was 15.7%,the taste was not heavy,accounting for 87.9%,the taste was 12.1%,the normal amount was 87.9%,and the amount was 12.1%.7.Drugs: There are several Mongolian medicines that are mainly used in clinical practice,such as 51.6% for Aobidesengurigumu-13,43% for Manu-10 soup,and39.1% for Yihewulan-13 soup.Huricha-6 accounted for 35.2%,Agari-35 accounted for 32%,Xinggun-8 accounted for 27.3%,Agari-8 accounted for 23.4%,and Gagula-4 soup accounted for 7.8%.8.Efficacy: 128 of the 140 medical records had Mongolian medicine treatment records,of which 0% were cured,99.2% were effective,0.8% were invalid,and the total effective rate was 99.2%.Conclusion:1.General situation: The group of headache patients had a majority of female patients,and the most patients between the ages of 41-65.It can occur all year round,and the incidence of this disease is higher among the manual workers living in rural areas.2.Course of disease: Headache is a disease with a long course of disease.3.Incidence factors: fatigue,angry,heated,and long-term edible oil hot diet,etc.4.The patient’s constitution and type of disease: People with clinical Heyi Xila physique are prone to headache,and Heyi Xila and Qisu Xila are more common in the disease type.5.Main symptoms: The main symptoms of headache are unilateral or bilateral forehead,ankle,eyelid and head,occipital,unilateral head and face or whole brain pulsating pain,tingling,pain,pain,Instability,jumping pain,etc.6.Tongue,pulse,urine: the pulse is thin and string,the tongue is yellow and thin,the urine is yellowish and the amount is normal.7.Drugs: The main Mongolian medicines for the treatment of headaches are Bide Aobidesengurigumu-13,Hu Richa-6,Xinggun-8.According to the patient’s physique and type of disease,Heiyi patients were given Agari-35,Agari-8,Qisu Xila to Yihewulan-13 soup,Heyi Xila to Manu-10 soup,Badagan Heyi sex is given to the soups of Gagula-4,Agari-8,etc.,and the main Mongolian medicine is given to the powder,and according to other accompanying symptoms of the patient,it is given to the medicine such as Eridunwurile,Narenmadula,Amineerdun,Alatanaru-5,Bateri-7,Tonglaga-5,Amibarigeqi-11,Sugemule-3,and Xin II,The effects of treatments of this Mongolian medicine were obvious.8.Efficacy: Mongolian medicine has a remarkable effect on the treatment of headache diseases according to the holistic dialectical treatment.
