Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Cough Variant Asthma By Nourishing Yang,Warming Lung And Removing Wind

Objective: This topic is the study of the department of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine lung disease in the field of chronic cough cough variant asthma,meet the conditions in clinical observation group(lung Yang wind evil committed pulmonary syndrome)clinical symptoms of patients with cough variant asthma(mainly including cough or with sputum,coating on the tongue and pulse condition)and so on in the before and after treatment,as the research to make up for Yang wen lung functions,the method of fitting since wen lung functions of decoction(lung Yang wind evil committed pulmonary syndrome)improvement of clinical symptoms in patients with cough variant asthma,by the method of system evaluation fill Yang wen lung functions of cough variant asthma(lung Yang wind evil committed lung card)the clinical feasibility and efficacy of sex.Methods:This project is a clinical observation study.A total of 72 patients who meet the inclusion criteria and diagnostic criteria are included in the clinical study,and the main cases are from the department of pulmonary disease outpatient department of the affiliated hospital of changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine.The patients were randomly selected according to the random number table method,and divided into two groups according to the random number,with 36 cases in each group.Patients in the treatment group were given wenfei qufeng decoction orally,while patients in the control group were given suhuang zhike capsule orally.The course of treatment was 10 days.Finally,their clinical symptoms(main and secondary symptoms)score and cough symptom score were statistically tested,and then the clinical efficacy of the two groups was assessed by comprehensive analysis of test results.Results:There were 36 patients in each group,and 1 patient in the treatment group fell off(due to the loss of follow-up).In the control group,1 patient became detached(due to loss of follow-up).A total of 70 patients were enrolled according to the test standards.The total effective rate was 91.43% in the treatment group and 82.86% in the control group.The results showed that there was a significant difference in efficacy between the two groups,that is,P<0.05.It is proved that the therapeutic effect of nourishing Yang,warming lung and eliminating wind is better than that of control group in treating cough variant asthma.Conclusion: According to the treatment principle of nourishing Yang,warming lung and eliminating wind,the self-prepared decoction of warming lung and eliminating wind has a significant clinical effect on patients with cough variant asthma(syndrome of wind pathogenic factor affecting lung caused by lung Yang deficiency).
