Purpose:1.The situation of exclusive breastfeeding in children within 6 months was analyzed retrospectively;2.To explore the influence factors related to mother,children,education,society and family in the occurrence of exclusive breastfeeding.Methods:Using a self-designed questionnaire,a total of 338 data were collected from February 2018 to April 2019 on whether children aged 6 months to 24 months were exclusively breastfed within 6 months and related influencing factors.Mainly related to the mother's occupation,residence,whether the nipple depression;Gender,number of foetuses,and whether or not a pacifier or bottle is used during feeding;Logistic regression analysis was conducted on 25 influencing factors including family per capita monthly income,whether to accept breast feeding knowledge publicity and so on.Results:1.The rate of exclusive breastfeeding within 6 months in 338 children was 45.56%.The rate of non-exclusive breastfeeding in 6 months was 54.44%.2.Logistic univariate regression analysis:Favorable factors for the occurrence of exclusive breastfeeding: breast aspiration at 30 min postpartum,breast massage at 30 min postpartum,non-cesarean section,and the first milk the baby drinks as breast milk;Adverse factors for exclusive breastfeeding: self-conscious lack of milk,delayed opening of milk,the use of pacifiers or bottles in the feeding process,and the average monthly income of the family is not more than 5,000 yuan.3.Logistic multivariate regression analysis:Favorable factors for the occurrence of pure breastfeeding: non-cesarean section,the first milk the baby drinks is breast milk,and the average monthly family income is not more than 5,000 yuan;Adverse factors for exclusive breastfeeding: self-conscious lack of milk,use of a pacifier or bottle during feeding.Conclusion:1.This study shows that the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in children within 6 months is 45.56%,which is lower than the target set in the outline of China's child development(2001-2010).2.Self-conscious lack of milk,breast suction for 30 min postpartum,breast massage for 30 min postpartum,delayed opening of milk,non-cesarean section,use of pacifier or bottle in feeding process,the first milk the baby drinks is breast milk,the per capita monthly income of the family is the main influencing factors of pure breast milk feeding;3.Non-cesarean section,the first sip of milk for the baby is breast milk,and the family's average monthly income is not more than 5,000 yuan,which are favorable factors for pure breast milk feeding,and the self-conscious lack of milk and the use of pacifiers or bottles in the feeding process are unfavorable factors;The first sip of a baby's milk significantly promotes exclusive breastfeeding,and the use of a pacifier or bottle during feeding is the most detrimental factor to exclusive breastfeeding.
