Objective:Investigate the status quo of health promotion lifestyle and stress status of intern nurses,analyze the influencing factors and the relationship between them.According to the research results,put forward targeted suggestions,in order to provide reference for the nursing training and management of nursing students in colleges and universities.Method:Using a convenient sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted on400 intern nurses in four tertiary hospitals in Nanchang,Jiangxi Province.The questionnaire included: general information questionnaire,health promotion lifestyle scale,and internship nursing stress scale.The database was built using Excel2016,and the data was analyzed and processed by SPSS 20.0 software.Result:The average score of health promotion lifestyle for internship students was(66.14±13.75),and the average score was 1.84.The average scores for each dimension were self-realization(18.45±4.50),exercise health(10.20±4.83),balanced diet(7.37±2.59),occupational safety(15.60±3.57),and interpersonal support(14.52±3.84).The order of the items in each dimension was ranked as occupational safety(2.23),interpersonal support(2.07),self-realization(2.05),balanced diet(1.84),and exercise health(1.13).The average score of stressors in the nursing students was(82.93±17.32),and the average score was 2.44.The average scores of each dimension are the nature and content of nursing work(14.51±3.71),their knowledge and skills(17.77±4.49),clinical environment and interpersonal relationship(6.22±2.05),and psychological gap(6.70±2.21).Patient attitude and evaluation(7.08±2.36),clinical role orientation(10.06±3.67),clinical assessment and evaluation(6.39±2.22),employment and examination(8.55±2.87),teaching(5.66 ± 2.19)points.The order ofthe items in each dimension is the nature and content of nursing work(2.90),employment and examination(2.85),self-knowledge and skills(2.54),clinical role orientation of nursing students(2.52),patient attitude and evaluation(2.36),psychological gap(2.23),clinical assessment and evaluation(2.13),clinical environment and interpersonal relationship(2.07),teaching(1.89).(2)The score correlation between the health promotion lifestyle and stress status of the intern nurses was r =-0.205(P<0.01).(3)Univariate analysis showed that there were four statistically significant factors in the health promotion lifestyle of intern nursing students with different demographic characteristics,namely,student source(P=0.018)and professional attitude(P=0.025).Personality characteristics(P=0.014)and employment intentions(P=0.02).According to the data of the two comparisons,it is found that the scores of the health promotion lifestyle of the intern nurses are higher than those of the rural students;the likes of the nursing profession are higher than the dislike;the extrovert is higher than the introvert More willing to engage in nursing work than unwilling to engage.Univariate analysis of different demographic characteristics of the nursing students' stressors scores were statistically significant.There were 7 statistically significant factors(P=0.02),age(P=0.03),and only children(P=0.01).Professional attitude(P=0.005),personality characteristics(P=0.04),internship stage(P=0.03),employment intention(P=0.01).According to the data of the two pairs of comparisons,it is found that the male students are higher than the female students in the stress source of the nursing students;the high scores are 18 to 20 years old and 21 to 23 years old;the non-only children score higher than the only children;do not like nursing The professional score is higher than that of the nursing professional;the introverted score is higher than the extrovert;the post-intern score is higher than the early internship;the unwillingness to engage in nursing after graduation is higher than the willingness to engage in nursing work.(4)Multiple linear regression analysis of the influencing factors of health promotion lifestyle of nursing students.In the final model,the factors that entered the equation were employment and examination,personality characteristics and professional attitudes,and explained 6.1% of the independent variables(P< 0.001).Multiple linear regression analysis of the influencing factors of nursing places,professional attitudes,personality characteristics,and employment intentions have different scores;employment and examination,personality characteristics The professional attitude is the influencing factor of the health care lifestyle of the intern nurse.(2)The stress status of the intern nurses is at a medium level;different genders,ages,professional attitudes,personality traits,internship stages,employment intentions,and whether they are only children,the stressors have different scores;sports health care,only children,self-realization,personality traits,age is Factors influencing the stress status of intern nurses.(3)There is a negative correlation between health promotion lifestyle and stress status of intern nurses.The two influence each other.Cultivating and actively practicing health promotion lifestyles can help ease the pressure of practice.
