| With the improvement of people’s living standards and the acceleration of the aging population trend,people’s health needs is increasing,as well as the demand for medical personnel.As one of the important ways to train nurses,secondary vocational nursing schools are obliged to cultivate nursing talents with high moral character,solid theoretical foundation,and proficient professional skills to meet the health needs of the people.In the educating process of nursing students,internship is an important way to improve the practical ability,an important stage to combine theoretical knowledge and practical skills,and an important moment to establish a correct professional ethics,for nursing students.Therefore,it is particularly important to promote the cooperation between schools,hospitals,and students,and regulate the management of internships.However,related research show that the current implementation of internships is of different level,and there are still many problems that need to be resolved urgently.In this study,80 secondary vocational nursing students from H Technician School in Wuxi City were selected as the research objects;6 teachers and 8 nursing students were selected as the interview objects.Use questionnaire survey method to collect general information of nursing students,collect the management status of the whole process of internship from 8 aspects:internship planning,internship mobilization,implementation of internship plan,school internship guidance,school internship guidance,internship tracking,internship evaluation,and internship improvement,Combined with on-site interviews with school teachers,hospital teachers,and nursing students to learn more about the internship management of secondary vocational nursing students,analyze the status quo,find reasons,and make suggestions.This study found that there is not close cooperation between hospitals and schools in the management of top-post internships for secondary vocational nursing students,that the tracking and management of nursing students in schools is not in place,that the methods used by schools to test the effect of nursing students’ internships are single,that the ability of teachers in hospitals to teach is uneven,that there is a lack of professional ethics education in internship education,that assessment and evaluation work is not homogenized,and that nursing students are not involved in top-level internship management.The reasons are: the lack of experience of college cooperation in schools,the shortage of school practice guidance teachers,the lack of training of clinical teachers in hospitals,the lack of professional ethics education ability,the lack of opportunities for nursing students to participate in internship management.Combining literature,interview results,and personal work experience,suggestions for strengthening internship management are put forward:(1)Give full play to the advantages and strengthen cooperation between institutions,including the use of advantages to develop cooperative projects;establish full-process cooperation;strengthen internship management;implement measures such as dual tutor teaching.(2)Actively guide and strengthen moral education,including increasing the importance of colleges and universities;optimizing professional ethics teaching methods;exerting teachers’ influence on nursing students and other measures.(3)Information helps to achieve efficient management,and discuss the application of information methods in student practice management,teaching quality management,and teaching evaluation management.(4)Multi-dimensional assessment implements comprehensive assessment,including measures such as enriching assessment content,reforming assessment forms,and broadening assessment dimensions.(5)Strengthen training to improve teaching ability,including pre-job training for hospital teaching teachers;establish a continuous training mechanism;standardize the assessment of teaching results and other measures. |
